DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE I ordered from Hyggear early September. My order never arrived. They have proof it’s lost but will not refund me. Endless emails back and forth but no help from them. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

After many years of frustration and finally found something that works for my feet. The silicon toe separation aid relieves my pain. I am new to using this product and already have improved feeling of less pain in my feet. Although my deformity is caused by arthritis and I am awaiting hammer toe correction procedures I am so grateful for the time being. Only by using it for a few days now, but surely , will keep Hyggear updated as to how I go.

On September 9th I ordered a hammer toe splint brace for £34.32 GDP. It arrived on 6th October having travelled across the globe. The item is stiff and flimsy. It does not stay in place and is quite useless. A total waste of money. I am left feeling angry at having been duped and embarrassed that I contributed to global warming by the protracted journey of an item that originated in China and came to the UK via South America. (I tracked it) My advice is to leave this company well alone.

I ordered 2 pairs of their bunion correctors on September 27, 2025 for a cost of $40.70. They finally arrived on October 11. What they sent does NOT look like the photo on their website! They are very flimsy and I doubt they can correct the bunion.

Also, they have no video showing how to properly place them; the correctors are not even marked for the left and right toe.

Ordered bunion correctors and after 2 weeks contacted them regarding package. Gave me a link to track. Tracking was pages of “in transit to next facility “ and at one point said “waiting postage assessment “. Knowing what usps tracking numbers are I plugged it in on usps.com and it said “package was seized for counterfeit postage”

No, The company delivered the package to an address in Florida when I live in PA. Gave me a fake tracking numbers not in the USPS records. Ignoring the fact that my billing and shipping are the same; and showing on the order as such. 15 emails later Lucas (support) is repeating the same spiel with no impending resolution.

This company should not be in business. They're a total scam, as others have noted. I bought the toe separators. I think I wore it three times. The material seemed to shrink and become smaller and smaller, covering less and less of my toes. I bought it for my hammertoe. It made my hammertoe worse. But they refuse to do a refund even on the grounds of defective product. I am within the refund period of 14 days. This company should be put out of business. Avoid at all costs.

I'd rate lower if I could. Horrible customer service and their 100% satisfaction guarantee s more like ZERO. Bought the silicon toe separators direct from Hyggee and it broke in multiple places after 10 days of use, now useless. Contacted customer service and they said no refunds/ no exchanges and to contact customer support to better use the product, which is of no use to me since it's broken. I've emailed back with no response.

I wasted my money on this product and anyone should look elsewhere for a similar product.

I do not have a hammer toe or any misalignment. Just spreading my toes gives me better balance. I had already learned to spread my toes when starting to fall forward, and when I saw your product, I knew it would do the spreading for me. You would be surprised by the number of people who don’t realize that it will keep you from falling forward.

I bought and followed instructions given about starting out wearing for 10 mins. and increasing time. I did so at bedtime relaxing in bed-no wearimg during daytime or walking about in them ever. By two weeks in I wore them for 1-2 hrs at bedtime while relaxing in bed. This past weekend, they both tore when simply and gently putting them on.

If I could give no stars I would. Incredibly unprofessional behaviour. The tracking number was wrong and Evri’s proof of delivery photo clearly shows a different package being delivered. There is no proof of delivery for the Hyggear package. This company is not prepared to support my situation in any way or take any responsibility for ensuring their delivery agent does the job properly. I can’t take it up with Evri because they insist they delivered the package and keep showing me false proof.

Ordered something over two weeks ago. Can no longer track it. Afraid this is a credit card scam. No phone number to contact them

I've had these bunions since I was a little girl practically my entire life and I received the product about a month ago and it started working almost immediately my toes have crossed over and everything and I wore them for just a few weeks when I started noticing that they were changing my feet literally in the pain wasn't as bad. I have neuropathy really badly because I was ran over by two different cars on the same day in a crosswalk and they ran over my feet so having the bunions on top of it made the pain excruciating this product has helped me out so much I was actually researching having surgery and that's how I ran into the product because I saw infomercial not only online but also on TV I absolutely love this product I sent a pair to my daughter and I sent the link to my sister and they love it as well ❤️

I was reluctant to purchase the toe sockette only having looked at the picture. When I receive the sockette and put it on my feet felt so much better, walking was easer and I kept them on all day. I am glad I ordered 3 pair

Do NOT order from this company! It’s a total scam. Never received products and was not refunded even though I bought shipping protection. Told I needed to take it up with the third party delivery service because they provide a picture of my mailbox even though it stated item was left at my door. No one came to my door. I was home all day. They use “shipper x” which is ai run company.

I have had the toe spacer for only a day, but what a difference! It arrived yesterday and I haven't taken it off. My first pain-free night in a couple of years. Normally I have stabbing, burning pain in my bunion at night in particular, but it was brilliant all night and I awoke with no soreness in my foot at all. Again, a first in a couple of years. Thank God! And not only is it absolutely comfortable, but it makes my foot feel "right". I am so happy and relieved that I bought the toe spacer. I've tried other remedies and after months the jury is still out. But I can heartily recommend this product from Hyggear. It's simple but so effective and has relieved my pain.

Hyggear has many options for toe seperators...you wont be sorry.

PAIN RELIEF.
I had surgery to remove bunions at age 19 and I lived in EXTREME AGONY ever since. I found toe shoes and they helped the rest of my feet but not where the bunions grew back . All my toes pushed aside on both feet now. My right foot had to have the joint removed causing the big toe to aggressively go to the right actually deforming the bone on the second toe. My separators are working ..my neuropathy is slowly reducing. The constant pain in my feet and toes are now manageable and greatly reduced. ..and it's because of the separators. It's only been a short time but I'm hopeful ..very hopeful. Was I wanted to review ....I wanted all bunions pain dudes and dudettes to know there is hope for relief.
I have the milky white ones...they feel so odd but they are cushy and comfortable once on AND with wide flat shoes I can wear them all day. It's truly making a big difference. I am getting out of bed not feeling the agony before. Give them a try.. relief could be your friend.

They were really far out before your separators!

I didn't have high expectations because other similar devices for bunions, hammertoes, and mortons neuroma didn't provide me with much relief from pain. I took a chance and ordered them because they looked like they would be soft and comfortable. They arrived quickly and were much better than expected. Not only are they super soft and comfortable, they came with little inserts in multiple sizes that fits inside the silicone that separates the big toe. You can use them with or without an insert, or slip one in to increase the space next to your big toe. Genius idea! I'm extremely happy with my purchase, I felt like I got great quality for a small investment. I'm even wearing them to bed knowing I'm being good to my feet all day and night. I'm a 74 year old "well worn lady" with arthritis, bunions and hammer toes. These have made my feet feel so good, I'm ready to go dancing!!!
