Above and Beyond


this is an addendum tp my rating and review which I accidentally sent before it was done. (If you didn't receive let me know and I'll send again.). just to re-cap, I placed my order from Hugger on Jan 28, 2026. The next day I sent a text requesting help from advising me if Ii had ordered the appropriate product for my needs. Lucas was very helpful in understanding my needs and pointing to more appropriate choices. This went back and forth through several sets of orders (delayed by me and my decisions) but today, March 5/2026, my adjusted order was sent for shipping, along with a refund for my over payment. This was amazing service, truly 'above and beyond". Thanks so much, Laurie

This is a further comment my interaction with Hyggear. When I wrote previously I had not yet received my product. The same day as my final interaction with Lucas I had ordered two products only one of which was connected to my feet issues. So far I have been very disappointed with all my purchases. I have not yet spoken with Hyggear Customer Service or Lucas but will do that today.

Poor quality

After a month, the product arrives, and of course, you can't return it because it comes from China. The product is flimsy like nylon and no way it could do what it describes. I am tired of these scam products. Please do not waste your money.

I ordered a specific product, which I did not get

UPDATED REVIEW: I had to escalate this issue through PayPal; the "resolution" was to return the item, to Lithuania, at my own expense, and to be able to provide tracking AND proof of delivery, bringing the cost of the return to more than 50% of the original purchase price. This seems very negligent and poor customer service.

INITIAL REVIEW: I ordered a specific product, and was sent something completely different. When delivered, I opened the outer packaging the product was in, as well as one of the inner packages [there were two] to try to determine exactly what I was looking at. There was no offer to replace with the item I actually ordered, and I was only offered a 20% refund on the item I never ordered.

I had ordered bunion correctors and when the product arrived , it was not what I thought I was getting . I emailed the company and the CEO replied very quickly and helped me decide which product would probably make me happiest and he let me keep the original correctors and loved that I called the the pig snout ones 😊 just great customer service and the product ...so far I've only tried the pig snout correctors but the materials used are awesome soft comfortable really cool product actually , as long as im sitting still ...ive had nothing but great experience with these guys and highly recommend them and their products based on what I've seen so far ..JM

I ordered a Bunion Corrector

I ordered a bunion correctors that were too large for me. When I contacted Hyggear, I was asked a few questions and Lucas recommended a different style that came in a small or large size. They shipped the small size to me and the product fits perfectly. It’s good quality and is comfortable enough to sleep in. I was surprised to get such a quick response and problem solved from an online company.
