Excellent customer support

I have been using many of their different products for years and have been very satisfied. Any issues I have had were taken care of immediately. Their customer support is excellent. This last time I needed them Emma was great. My problem was handled and resolved within a few days which included replacing a product.

Great products and excellent customer service!

I don’t know why anyone would give this company less than a five star rating. Their customer service is stellar the products work well. I’ve had nothing but a great experience. I especially love the powered vacuum. I used it on my frog tank and I was completely blown away at how much stuff came out, worked exactly as mentioned everything was neatly packaged, and of very good quality. Just want to thank you guys again for all the great products and services.

Defective light made right😉

Had a defective light the immediately sent replacement! I have alot of those lights and love them! They made it right and showed concern over the defect (as it overheated) it showed they cared and wanted to make it right! What i expect from one of the biggest aquarists companies!

Great customer service & easy replacement

I’ve used Hygger lights for years and recently had one fail unexpectedly. Support responded quickly, asked a few clear troubleshooting questions, and reviewed a short video I sent.

They immediately shipped a free replacement, didn’t require a return, sent tracking info, and even followed up to ensure it arrived and worked properly. The new light is perfect and my tank is back to normal.

AG-957 power adapter

I have been in this hobby 50 years and have tried multiple vendors. What impressed with hygger was i had there model HG-957 lights for over 5 years. I noticed that they were no as bright as before so I ordered a replacement. But I noticed when I plugged new power adapter into old unit it was as bright as before. Long story short reached out and ordered new adapters for my other 3 lights awsome customer service and highly recommend them. Gil

Heater sensor error

My heater sensor was reading it was out of the water so after resetting the heater I contacted Hygger. I continued to get the error reading. They responded quickly and replaced the heater. Great customer service and backing their products!! Thank you. I am definitely a client for life.

I’ve been using this Hygger filter for my aquarium and I’m honestly very impressed. Setup was simple and straightforward, even for someone upgrading from a basic filter. The flow is strong but adjustable, and the water clarity improved noticeably within the first day.

I had a hygger 802 heater fail

I had a hygger 802 heater fail. I contacted the company, showed a receipt to prove a purchase date. The customer service sent a replacement which arrived within 48hours. Fast shipping and well packaged. BRAVO hygger! I didn't loose any of my precious wet pets!

I had problems by Controller failing at…

I had problems by Controller failing at Hygger 1000W Aquarium heater (model Black Hole ) two times. First heater (ordering Date Dec.2024) and also replacment failed within time frame of 6...7 month. Great, friendly Support by Hygger to Swap in second replacment to different heater Typ HG145 reduced Power 800W. Thanks to Service Team, hope it'll work properly for Long Time.

had issues with an air pump, got in contact as was still within the 2 year warranty and they swiftly sent me a new product with no complications and free of charge. great customer support and enjoy their other products i use as well. good affordable aquarium brand with a wide selection of choice

Great service,emma from the customer service team was amazing and fixed my issues and sorted it out really quickly and dispatched me a new light within 2 days.would definitely buy from here again and they have an amazing customer service team.

Hygger is the real deal. I had an issue with one of my heaters and they didn’t hesitate—fast response, no hassle, and they made it right immediately.

That’s the kind of company you want behind your tank. Anyone can sell equipment, but not everyone stands on business when something goes wrong. Hygger does.

Customer service is top tier. I’ll definitely keep running their Devices

I had a great experience with Hygger’s customer service. My original order had an issue, but their team was quick to respond and made sure I received a replacement without any hassle.

The new retractable aquarium light bracket arrived safely, was easy to install, and works perfectly. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful the support team was throughout the process.
