My tank heater was purchased 9 months ago. I have emailed the company, sent required info and now being ghosted!! Sad since I have referred so many people to them. I just want my heater replaced!! Beware: they don’t stand behind the warranty!!!

Customer service started, I was connected from 1 person to another.
The second person was the absolutely correct person that I needed. Every thing was done via email. I sent a quick video and the sent a new heater
Super responsive customer service + warranty coverage
Unfortunately, and this happens, my UV light stopped working after 5 months. Defects happen. I wrote to Hygger with the issue, they responded in less than 24 hours requesting my order number and a short video showing the defect, and they replied (again in less than 24 hours) that they would send me a new one immediately. Also, they offered guidance about how to make the product last longer (using intermittently). In less than a week, I had a new one. Super responsive. Honors their warranty. Resolves the problem immediately. That is exceptional customer service.
The order was easy
The order was easy, I love the points systems keeps me on buying their products. Got 2 filters, got the water cleaner pumps, 2 lights holder for the tank. I might test out the plants light for my aquarium plants. Highly recommended. But be patient the shipping take about 1 week or less.

Always a good experience
I have made multiple orders from Hygger and have been happy with everything every time. I recently had a small leak from the backpack filter I purchased from them and the warranty claim was simple and quick. I discovered the leak on Christmas Day and reached out immediately unsure when they would see my message due to the holiday. They got the warranty claim started the next day for me and was a breeze on my end. Very happy with their products and more so with their customer support

Heaters And 5 Hygger Sponge Filters, I can assure you Hygger is very highly regarded in the fish keeping community for their phenomenal prices and customer service as well as the quality of their products. I am not super comfortable trying other brands because all the fish wholesalers I use specifically recommend Hygger Brand products, and after the many I've purchased, and the several more sponger filters and heaters I have yet to purchase for new tanks that are being set up, I can assure you that you're picking great products when you shop with Hygger. Doesn't last long
I bought a prior version of this light and after about a year, the cord became so twisted it couldn't reach the top of the tank. When I contacted the company, they said that it was under warranty; however, they only offered 10% off a new light even though it was under warranty. After I shared this on Trustpilot, they agreed to replace the light with a similar light.

I have to confess I am not a really nerd guy but I tried to make my own DIY setup !

Great Customer Service
This was my first experience with Hygger's customer service, and couldn't be more impressed.
I purchased the HG955 Power Vacuum, liking it's versatility. But it only ran for about 2 seconds.
I contacted customer service, and they had me try a couple of things, just to make sure.
Then I was surprised. The rep helping me asked me if I wanted a replacement, credit, or ???.
I received the replacement and it's working flawlessly! And they didn't ask for me to return the original. Thanks, Ginger! Great Customer Service!
Problem pump but great support.
So I purchased a pump and after about two months it packed up.
Contacted support who were very helpful in trying to fix the problem but to no avail.
The pump is well made and I was surprised it broke may be I was unlucky with a faulty one.
So support replaced it free of charge and delivered earlier than they anticipated.
The product may have got 4 stars but certainly 5 for their support.
Pleasant customer service
We had a warranty issue pop up and they sent us a new motor assembly which solved the problem. They didn't give us a hassle or anything and even followed back up once the part was delivered.
