Straight up thieves!!! They will take your money & never even ship the product!!! How are they even still a business??? What the heck?!?!?! Disgusting!!!

I had gotten the French Vanilla for my wife and I to try and it was great so I ordered Strawberry Smoothie flavor and she applied per the instructions and as per usual and about 10 minutes into our time together I became violently sick to my stomach and ran to the bathroom. Projectile vomiting ensued and lasted for about 20 minutes till I was just dry heaving and nothing else would come up. I had a very bad night and needless to say my wife feels absolutely horrible even though none of it was her fault. I contacted customer service and as of today, 4 days after the incident they have not responded. My Dr. stated that is usually an indicator or having ingested something bad or out of date. Considering there is no use by date on the product that leaves something in it was bad. And zero response from their customer service means they either know it's bad or they don't care. Either way DO NOT USE.

UPDATE. The company finally responded to me after a week, I sent them all the pictures they requested of their product and they determined that we should discontinue use at once for fear of contamination. However they are unwilling to either refund or replace the bad product. I can't believe in this day and age where companies live and die on reviews are they unwilling to stand behind their product or strive to help their customers, repeat customers at that! Oh well, I won't be spending anymore money on any products from Hygiene Hero and I would recommend anyone that does exercise extreme caution especially with how their products are intended to be used.

DONT PURCHACE! CONFIRMED CAUSES UTI! Don’t buy unless you want to have an infection so bad you are on antibiotics for 2 weeks. Never had this with any product for lubrication before. Once I stopped using never had issue again.

Purchased on March 3, 2026. They immediately made a shipping label like it was going to ship. It never did. This began a series of emails where they gaslight you trying to tell you they shipped it already and they can’t cancel the order. As of March 26 i still don’t have a product and the shipping says it’s still sitting waiting to be picked up. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and emailed again asking for a refund.

I got the vipstick serum for my wife. Loving serum again!

Ordered this product in January didn't get it until late February, returned the product unopened as id asked for a refund two weeks after not receiving the product. They shipped it two days later so they claimed. Ive requested a refund to no avail and its been received by them I have the notification of them receiving yet they refuse to refund my money. Horrible company and scammers!! Buyer beware!!

Ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received order. Customer service is non existent. In the process of disputing my credit card. Buyer beware!

The product works well, but the containers are almost empty. They are cheating their customers.
I will not buy again due to this unethical practice.

I see all the horror stories of not receiving product. I place order on Feb 26 for some Juicy Peach Vipstick. I received tracking info Mar 2, and just received the product today Mar 6. Product was well packaged in a discreet brown box and was received in good condition. Worth mentioning it shipped from California to New York. Have not tried the product yet but will update with mine and the Mrs opinion once we do

I've never experienced such poor costumerservice before and I would never order from hygiene-hero.com again. The products aren't that bad but costumerservice is horrible, they're never respond to the 4 emails I sended for a cancelation and refund. They could have me as a longtime costumer, if they would do their job.

Would’ve gave it 0 stars if I could!! Horrible! It concerned me that the packaging said external use only, but inevitably it’s hard for it not to get inside during penetration. But the intense burning sensation was horrible. It killed the whole atmosphere due to the burning lasting through the whole intimacy duration.

It took over a week for the company to ship my order; 15 days in total from order to delivery. I contacted customer service via hygiene-hero’s site to request a return, 3 days after my order arrived (12 Feb). I got an automated e-mail message. I have followed up 2 more times since then and continue to get the same automated message with NO actionable customer service in sight. This is 100% unacceptable from a business. Do not waste your money here.

The warming stick really works and I love it!

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I don’t believe they are even a real company. Do not fall for ads or false promises from fake online reviews. Ordered, money was taken, product never received, and ridiculous responses when I asked for a refund. Save your money.

If I could give them negative stars I most certainly would! Ordered the Pina Colada Vipstick, took a month for the package to arrive and when it did it was Sport Electrolytes instead. I requested a refund wait on that!!!! Horrible experience

First of all it says 7-10 days for shipping, but it took almost a month for me to get it and no one replied to emails I sent asking about it. When I did get it and used it, it didn't do anything really. It maybe felt a bit tingly for a couple minutes, but it was very minimal and faded quickly. I'm menopausal and was really rooting for it to work, but I basically spent $35 for a "lower lip" chapstick.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. My product did not show up, and they did kindly “re-sent” but I don’t know that they ever sent it in the first place. Used it once. Not only does the product not work, it caused an allergic reaction. It took three emails to finally get a response and they refuse to refund my money.
Would not recommend.

I ordered my products on February 3, 2026 and have yet to receive anything. I’ve reached out to the company twice asking for shipping/tracking information. Unfortunately, they have yet to respond or refund my money.
I will update my review if I receive anything or hear from the company.

UPDATE: My order finally arrived this week. After trying the products, they do work, but not quite what I was expecting. Honestly, I don’t know if I will make another purchase online from this company due to the amount of time it took to receive the order and not getting a response when I reached out to them.

Order delivery was promised ahead of Valentines Day, order was placed Jan 30 and had not arrived by Feb 16.
Would not recommend ordering from Hygiene Hero.
