Legit or SCAM?

Part ordered in early March. Still waiting for it to get out of Korea. The only replies I get are check your local USPS tracking or that they will check with their operations team. Problem is, cant find these parts anywhere else. Starting to believe i have been scammed.

Received the items but very bad customer support

They shipped me the order after 1 month. I have received all the parts.

I have reduced 2 stars because of horrible customer support, After ordering, 1 month it was not shipped. I tried email to support regarding update, There is no one to reply with what is going on. All you get in reply is standard message that they will check and getback. They never get back with an update. I have mailed them 12 times same reply. I thought i lost the amount and got scammed as the order value was $800. Thankfully they shipped the order after 1 month.

I am releived and i am not gonna order from hyosung wholesale again, hyosungsource.com is trust worthy, They have very good customer support and i have never faced a issue ordering with them.

Went to buy parts for my Hyosung Aquila 2009 GV250 EFI Lock set and Fuel Pump as per site, asked before checking-out stage regarding using PayPal as I am signed up with PayPal and that they say in their options of payment you can use PayPal. Nothing try clicking on PayPal you only get credit card fill out form, emailed them asking why I need to fill out credit cards details as PayPal should take me to my check out for my cart there is no need for to fill anything out. I emailed them regards my concerns and asked on their Help site regarding my query no response questioned if this is legit as well! Got only one email requesting me to finalize my order by clicking the link below no PayPal was mentioned just your credit card details for payment. For all those wondering, no I didn't give them my credit card details or continual on with the order It seems to me it's a scam so beware it's as easy as that to scam these days.

Ordered the MAPS sensor for my bike

Ordered the MAPS sensor for my bike - TWICE. Both times they sent wrong item. Second time, repeatedly asked them to send me pictures of the sensor before dispatch. They dispatched without the photos, very callous behavior. And it was the wrong item. Now they wont respond to emails. They asked me to send back the item for a refund or return. But this was an avoidable mistake. I dont trust them enough to waste money shipping it to them. Asked for a phone number, nothing. Complete avoid, just like Hyosung bikes.

Anybody know where they are located so I can sue them or something?

Because Of The Service...(BOTS)

I paid a bunch of money for the fastest courier service -- they didn't ship until 4 days later -- they put the package in the mail (slow) even though I paid for fastest -- it is 25days later, and I have not received the order -- my order can't be tracked and is lost -- I finally told them to cancel the order -- all they can say is "check with our operations team" and "your local post office" -- this is the second time that they have done this -- no more you Bots.

I wish I had have checked this website…

I wish I had have checked this website before placing my order with these scammers. I too don't typically write reviews but felt the need to do this hoping it may prevent someone else out there from throwing their money away. I have received the same response to my query regarding the status of my order which I placed months ago. All they ever tell me is that "I'll check with our operations for an update, let me know if you need anything else.

But I never hear back from them. My order can no longer be found on their website when I log in, so my money is gone!!!!!!!!!!
In addition to this, they say you can pay using paypal and it's their preference payment method but when I checked out to pay for the order, paypal wasn't an option.
Their customer service is just as rubbish as their motorbikes are.
DO NOT BUY FROM THE HYOSUNGWHOLESALE.COM WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!

Worst Experince

Waited 6 weeks and got an empty box with an empty bag with my name in it. Have tried to email them multiple time with no response nor care for customers. I would not shop here again, and 3 months later i have taken my bike to the local mechanic. I have now read about multiple people with the same issue. AVOID

Avoid!!! Scam business!

Ordered starter clutch and gear set way back in July '23 and only received the gear. It's now September and the starter clutch has still not been sent and they've stopped replying to emails.
Originally was told to send back the parcel to a different address than the return label on the packaging. Then when pushed for a refund they sent a digital gift certificate to presumably reorder the missing part - except the amount does not go anywhere near covering the amount of the starter clutch! Plus I'd have to pay shipping if I reordered.
Going through other reviews and looks like this is common practice for them - send incomplete orders and then not follow up. DODGY SCAM BUSINESS! We are now out a few hundred dollars and the bike cannot be fixed.
Also be aware that this company goes by several different name variations - Hyosung AU, Hyosung UK, Hyosung Parts, Hyosung Wholesale, etc.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

AVOID AVOID...TOTALLY USLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have previously ordered from this company and although the tracking is hit and miss they did deliver the items......HOWEVER, this order was of multi items that I needed for an engine rebuild, paid for all the items and received 3 bolts, a sump washer and an O ring. No gasket set or oil drain cover. A back and forth started where I was asked and provided all information asked for.....still NOTHING , they can't confirm that the order even went out although they say it is delivered and complete, which , if it was , I would not be writing this. Customer service or customer support is totally useless and they have me in a holding pattern of supply us with the items received and pics then what is the order reference....all of which they have been given.....total waste of time......DON'T BUY A HYOSUNG THEIR BACKUP SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST...../ To update....after many, many messages I finally got a store credit from this company. I ordered some parts , pads etc to use up the credit and guess what.....only part of the order arrived. This company is an is so, so bad and you'd be safer burning your money. AVOID , AVOID , AVOID.

It's a scam !

I don't like to write opinions on websites, being myself a trader, I know that making mistakes is human and that it can happen that we are slow or that we make a mistake on an order... In my concern, I ordered 3 parts for my motorcycle on this site, including a set. I only received 2 pieces, one of which was the wrong color and the other was just one of the pieces in the set. Concerning the third one that I really needed, I still haven't received it to this day. They responded to my first email asking me to resend information that I had already included in my first email, what I did. Since then, no more answers...

I don't like problems and hate having them created for me. apparently neither Google or the authorities seem concerned about this type of practice.

So I put it here and warn. I hope that no one will have to deal with them anymore. I'm tired of being honest and kind.

They play with you

Since June 2022 I ordered $500 of goods for the "Free Worldwide Shipment", so this is my experiece:

1. They don't respect their own policy of Free Worldwide Shipment, they will always try to make an excuse to pay more money. (Pandemic, Size of the order, etc...)
2. The first time I claimed the return, they sent me a virtual coupon just to buy again with them.
3. 24/7 support is another lie although they tell you that they will follow up on your problem, they do not communicate until you write another email (can be days, weeks or months).
4. The second time I applied for a refund they charged me with a 20% cancellation fee without a valid reason.
5. Four days ago they changed my order status to "Refunded" but I don't have any transactions from SP Bike Parts to my bank account yet, and they don't respond any email about it.

So, for the people who saw this review, you be the judge.

ordered 5 different things, 1 missing

ordered 5 different things, got 4 items in the package, wrote to them where my last part was or what happened, after 4 days, of the email I was answered that I had to send photos of the package and order number, 2 days later I got an email with a refund.
No sorry, no explanation, and it was 5 dollars less than the part that I paid for, so I now have to shipping twice, and cross my fingers if the part even comes, have wrote to them about this problem and still haven't got an answer.....
