Less than i star. I ordered a heated hoodie and it arrived after almost 2 months. The hoodie would not heat after trying to charge for24 hours. I notified Hypecloth and they told me to send pictures of it not working. I sent several pictures showing that i was turning on the button, but of course you can not show that something is not getting warm in a picture.
Woud not let me return or exchange Terrible company be careful.

This was solid service, definitely.
The shirt came in just the way I specified along with how the image advertised. It took a perfectly reasonable couple days to arrive and in great condition too, a solid purchase delivered.
