Shady, unethical people

I had signed up for their trial when they had just launched, or at least came to my attention in April 2026. They were offering $1000 in credits to trial it with a 6 month validity. Fair play, felt like a generous promotion.
But couple of months later, when I tried logging in, to use my account, I realized that my access to it was withdrawn and I was put in the same pile as the new users who were mandated to subscribe with a paid plan to use any promotional credits!

On top of that, there is no support!! for a new tool??!! There is a chatbot on their website, which only lets you use it if you are are paying customer! and their support email - support at hyperagent.com has already blocked my email id from sending any email to it. Their discord made me solve the same captcha 13 times and just went into a loop and never let me in!

This can't be a coincidence that they've built something with such a terrrible experience because they had created Airtable which did not give this experience ever.

So I've just concluded that all that they've done so far is a shady marketing gimmick, hoping no one calls them out on it.

Just bad money grabing website.

They attract you with interesting deals, like free tokens, and then force you to pay at least 20$ per month to use the free tokens that expires soon anyway.

Plus service is mediocre at best. (I tried to use it as a devs) it wastes tons of tokens just to recreate its sandbox over and over again. A huge pain in the ass.

It's optimized to drain your wallet, nothing more. After trying, there is no way I am going to subscribe.

Oh yeah and also i tryed their feature to link the account with chatgpt to avoid paying an aditionnal subscription.
=> They deplete token from both ChatGPT and HyperAgent.
What a scam...

If you want to get scammed and lose your money, definitely use Hyperagent. Blocked on Day 1, refused $20 refund.

If you are looking for a quick way to get robbed and banned without any explanation, Hyperagent is the perfect choice for you.

I am an ordinary entrepreneur running a small Telegram advertising analytics project. I am not a developer or programmer, and I have zero technical hacking skills. On September 14, 2026, I paid $20 for a monthly subscription (Invoice #ILLFFP-00001). All I needed was an AI assistant to help me sort open public links and format basic data.

Less than 24 hours later, my account was completely blocked. I did not send spam, did not run bot attacks, did not abuse the API, and did not violate a single rule. I was simply asking the AI questions about open channel links.

Nobody is safe on this platform. Absolutely nobody. You can be the most honest, paying customer doing basic tasks, and they will still ban you the moment they receive your money.

I immediately reached out to their support team. I offered them full session logs, my entire prompt history, and complete transparency to prove I did nothing wrong. Their response was an absolute slap in the face. A support agent named Victoria ("Vic") sent this cold two-sentence dismissal:

"Hi there, Thank you for following up here. I've reviewed, and our decision stands for this account. Thank you. All the best, Vic. Victoria. Hyperagent"

Zero explanation. No reason given. Not a single term or rule cited. And when I asked for a refund of my $20, since I did not even get to use the service for a single day out of the 30 days I paid for, they flatly refused.

This company simply takes your money, shuts your account down on Day 1, hides behind generic canned replies, and keeps your funds. As a customer, I feel completely cheated, helpless, and disgusted by this treatment. Stay as far away from Hyperagent as you can.
