Likes to be known under several company names, hyper direct or falconsat , or tech digital, or Plutosat, this is th most appalling service I've ever come across, spent £512 on a satiellte box that didn't work, had it for one day, and was told it's my fault, paid full return for postage, got no refund for item or return post, shocking awlfull way to treat someone, gets treated like your dumb or stupid and they know everything, end result £512 short, no item what a mess, they were also very rude when I complained but I had every right to complain, £512 is a lot of money to get nothing,

I recently purchased a phone battery from this company but it was not suitable. After contacting the company and getting an email back from Mohamed stating "Please send the item back to with your order id to..." in accordance with the business promise on their website "14 Days Money Back Guarantee". Since then, 10th August, I have not received a refund or a reply to my emails asking for this to be dealt with.
I am now going to report this company to Trading Standards as they are clearly not fulfilling their obligations.
How unfortunate that I did not look at the reviews on here before using this company.

I ordered some beats earbuds on Black Friday this year. After a week they hadnt arrived and so I emailed. I was asked to be patient although it was confirmed that my item had been dispatched 10 days earlier. Another week and I emailed again and was told that they 'would contact the post office". Low and behold the next day a recorded delivery envelope arrived with .... nothing in it. Further emails received no response and so I contacted paypal. They asked me to send the packaging back, which I did but company won't refund as the item wasn't in it! This is a scam

Worked for 1 day and then knackered waste of money.

I ordered two items, from Hyper Direct. The order arrived very quickly but with only one of the items and no delivery note. I emailed and received a very fast response and an explanation that the other item was out of stock Hyper Direct promptly gave me a refund for the missing item. I would use Hyper Direct again because their response to my issues was rectified quickly. I ordered and received a genuine HTC one case.

Ordered a 'genuine' and 'original' Samsung charger turned out to be a cheap knock off. Stopped working after a week. Miss leading products will highly recommend that you avoid!

Initial delivery of product prompt. Product faulty - ie did not work! Tried to contact 3 times on customer service emails - no response. Sent 2 letters by mail - no response. Finally received an abrupt email giving an address to return product to. I attempted to do this, only to be told that it could not be posted & had been ILLEGALLY posted to me in the first place - i.e. the person putting the battery in the post HAD TO have lied about the parcel contents, otherwise IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN delivered by Royal Mail. No refund has been made to date. Will report to Trade Descriptions!!

I ordered a Google Nexus 5 charger and received a charger for a different phone instead. I was promised a full refund upon returning the item. I sent it back at least 10 days ago and I'm still waiting for that refund...

Phone cover is genuine LG and fits perfectly. Excellent customer service and would recommend Hyper direct highly. I ordered wrong colour and was no hassle to return and exchange for correct one. Any questions were answered promptly and staff were very helpful.

Ordered iPad mini charger and cable came on time but it was the the wrong cable. I returned it and never received a refund. Disappointed.

Payed for a mobile phone battery and never received it.once I contacted the seller was told it was sent and to check the post office when no card was put through the letter box.shocking service don't buy anything from this company

The item i bought did not work from the second i opened the package. It was faulty and possibly not Hyper Directs fault. I emailed them and a man called Mohammed kindly replied. He said send it back and they will check it and then replace it or refund. He even sent me a prepaid postal voucher to print out and place on the returning parcel.
So i bought an item that did not work, returned it as directed and no replacement or refund! Thanks for taking my money!

I ordered a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 which was dispatched a few days later but has never turned up. After contacting the sellers on many occasions they have finally replied to say that they will send out a new battery, but there has been neither dispatch notice nor arriving parcel 6 days after their promise to send a new one. They are far from responsive on their customer service email address and that is the only way of getting i touch with them which is hopeless. I can't recommend them at all.

ordered 2 data leads for my HTC 10 as advertised by hyperdirect, the leads promptly arrived, but they were the wrong leads, i mailed to have this corrected and were told that the leads i was sent were the htc leads, i then pointed out that they were not the correct leads as HTC has changed to type C leads and not the micro usb that were sent to me, i then had a reply saying i could buy the LG leads from them, and to get a refund i would have to send the wrong leads back to them.
well sorry i do not trust them to refund, as they do not even know what they are advertising and selling, so i am going to bin the leads and buy from a company that actually knows what it is selling is correct.
