very rude staff

i bought the cs2 cheat for a month and i was having 1 issue. I politely opened a ticket on their discord asking for help.3 days and no reply and then my ticket was deleted. I typed and ask what its going on and the staff with the name Terrence replied with 100% rudeness that he "closed all empty tickets / stupid ones" and when i told him my issue he replied with "Idk what to tell you

this is not how you talk to your customers that pay every month for your product.
(If after this review i get banned while i still have active subscription i will just chargeback the money i paid)
