Reading most of the reviews about Hyperion, I am surprised some people are complaining they never received their purchase; I have order a pair of sunglasses which I have received couple weeks after just like the website said. I am very happy with the product and definitely recommand Hyperion!

I've ordered a pair of sunglasses for Hyperion. The delivery was incredibly fast, I think I took for about two weeks for the product to arrive, which is super fast due to the fact that I live in Serbia, the country in which you have to wait for months to receive the products you've purchased online. The sunglasses were in great shape and condition and frankly I hadn't expected to get the product of such a good quality that cheap! But I did!!! Therefore, not only that I'm placing another order from Hyperion, but I would also recommend it to everyone else! My friends are already ordering products from the website and none of the had any bad remarks as well.

The two running face mask I bought for the winter were great! They helped me gain a lot of endurance and prevented me from breathing in cold air while running. I will be buying from the Hyperion store again 🔥💪🏾😊 Thanks you guys

I ordered a couple pairs of sunglasses from them and they arrived in about a week. I'm quite happy with them although the only thing putting me off of giving them 5 stars is the fact that many people reviewing the site have had bad experience. It worked for me but it may not work for you by the looks.

This is my second order from Hyperion and I have no complaints I love the steam punk glasses I wish I had them all!

I've placed 3 orders from them and all my items arrived to my address in great condition. The description meets well with the items I've received. I am happy with Hyperion, I'm sorry others have had a "bad" experience with them because it's been nothing but good with me. I take pictures with the items and tag them on Instagram (@girrafeaelvalencia). They followed back and like my posts.

I had no problems with Hyperion when I was ordering steampunk glasses. Quick and easy and shipping to Estonia was about 20 days. And glasses were in excellent condition when they arrived! Im happy! 😊

If I was looking at the reviews, I wouldn't place an order. I ordered a good, the facial pore cleaner. I got it, but I was desapointed when I tried it cause it doesn't clean anything. I will not order anymore from this company. I feel like I threw out 13 $ to the trash.

It would be a -5 stars if that option was available. Wish I had check reviews before I placed an order. I am like everybody else, placed an order in February, still no product, still no refund.

Its a fake nd fraud company.I placed order in feb nd i have not received it till date.support person Anna says that order is stuck somewhere and they can not refund my money

I have ordered a product on March 7th 2017, it's April 18 now and I have no clue where the product is. I contacted customer support and seems like they are not even real people, just bots that answer the emails.

Looks like a scam company site. Watch out.

I have been dealing with this"company" for weeks about a product I ordered and have gotten a run around the whole time... And if I ask for a refund they basically told me they will keep the shipping fee for an item I have not received and that they have not attempted to ship out or provide a tracking number... How is that right? Keep my money (shipping fee) for a product not shipped out and they can't tell me anything about when it will be sent out that they are willing to resolve my issues... I have emails to back up my statements as well.. disgusted to the fullest that I trusted them.. Lesson learned... Hope there site closes and they lose all the money they are stealing.. karma

After 45 days, still did not receive my order. Looks like a scam company. Everyone, please be careful and take note.

Just like the others, I was given a timeframe that I'll be receiving my order on or before 04/03. So I tried contacting the customer service. Then I only got a general answer Saying "looks like your order has undergone an unusual shipping condition. This might be due to several reasons, and most likely, there's a customs' issue, incomplete details, and/or the item is lost/damaged." while it is clearly indicated in the tracker that it has already cleared custom and it is already enroute to delivery office. It stays as is since 03/22. Im worried I will never get my order :(
