Excellent eSIM! I travelled across France, Italy, Austria and Germany, and the connection was fantastic everywhere. Both 4G and 5G worked extremely well, with fast speeds, a stable signal and no issues at all. Highly recommended!

After technical problem with my router
After technical problem with my router, where I have installed the eSim, I lost the eSim profile. I never used any data on that eSim as the problem occured during installation. The support promised me a solution, but I never get a solution.

Yes a very good experience overall - strong internet and travelled most of Europe.
Customer Service Agents are slow to respond but …,didn’t need them much along the way.

Its affordable and reliable and works well with a Netgear Nighthawk M7 Mobile - which a lot of international e-sim's don't. I'm not convinced that their customer service is any good since several times they failed to respond on an issue I had raised regarding an erroneous purchase. But the service itself seems to work well.
