Very knowledgable dev and easy to use api

I’ve been using Hyper Solutions for the past eight months. The service itself is okay, with fairly standard results in my opinion.

My main issue is the attitude. I’ve never felt so disrespected when reaching out for help or simply asking a question. It often feels like the interaction is more about the developer’s ego than about helping customers.

They will also ban or disable your account if you say anything negative if they know who you are. They now ask customers to leave reviews through their dashboard, which lets them see exactly who wrote what. That’s why I’ve chosen to post my review here instead of through the dashboard, as I believe my account would be banned otherwise.

Been using Hyper services for 4 years now and have nothing but good things to say. One word to describe them is reliable!

I've used tons of other services, but Hyper is on another level. They handle all updates and changes without us ever having to reach out, and uptime is always 99.9%. The way they handle scale is also unmatched compared to other services!

The support they have is also amazing, they will help you if you have any issues bypassing any antibot system that they support, they will closely analyze your request flows for you, give you suggestions how to improve, etc.

Downtime is practically nonexistent, and if it does occur, it only lasts for a very short time.
