Have tried to return items. The most ridiculous clothing. Extremely too big. They will not send a return label. Would never recommend. Will donate clothing.

They are fake I order my stuff months now they’re telling me it’s delivered and it never was from 2024 and I emailed them even text on instagram nothing!!!
They are a total scam!

I order my items the 24 October, in start December I contacted them. They meant that I should wait.. So 14 days later I contacted them again, they did not tell med what parcels company they use ore nothing, I asked like 3 times.. So now they would resend a new odred.. Well it is now 24 February, I never got my dresses.. TOTALY SCAM COMPANY!.! SHAME ON YOU

I ordered off TikTok. It said fashion nova so I did my reviews and it was good. Then when I paid I got an email confirmation from hypnive. I read reviews on them then I knew I was done for. Like everyone said it kept saying it was delivered but nothing. Kept saying imma get a refund still nothing four months later. Do anyone have advice on how I can get my refund?

Hypnive is a SCAM! I ordered from TikTok which I thought was fashion nova and never received my order. I reached out to them and they said it was on the way! Lies! Order was placed on 09/23/24 and reached out on 10/06/24 . Still no response and no order!

The fake tracking site says it delivered my package after a month today. However they never delivered it. The robot customer service site keeps saying they don't have receipts or a specific carrier. Someone claims it was delivered. So who had it??

Scam site, never received my order and it’s been a month. I suspected something when it said fashion nova but the charge on my debit card had a different name.

Im only giving 3 stars because i got my refund back in 2 days!! I saw that the email confirmation wasnt from fashion nova n the name on my statement was a different name! Im like wtf? So i pulled up reviews.

Immediately i called bank for dispite thrm email hypnive. I told them i want a refund n ivd already fiked police report for theft, called fadhion nova, ftc, reported page from tiktok and SC, bbb. Also i busted them out cuz their address was in kansas lol i live in kansas 5 min from "warwhouse" i busted them on that like why is it from china n u in kansas 5 min away? 😂 fake address. Busted them on all lies.

Tell them got police report, and notified ftc, tiktok, fb, ect, fashion nova with tracking, bbb, your bank for fraudulent deceptive practices

This is total bull crap… I’ve been waiting a month for my package I’ve reached out several times even called the number that is not in service…. Needless to say I tracked the package and it claims to have been delivered however I have yet to receive anything… I placed the order September 25 24 and today Is October 29 24

First of all Hypnive needs 0 +0 stars! I NEVER INTENDED ON ORDERING FROM THEM. They hid behind Fashion Nova on TikTok. Once I placed the order, it showed Hypnive and not Fashion Nova. I contacted them and they claimed my order was coming. Each time I wrote in to this weird customer service team, they apologized and said my order was coming. NEVER arrived but the fake tracking link they provided said delivered. I have cameras everywhere and this package NECER was delivered! I’m pussed and nobody did nothing. This is still ongoing on October 27th 2024 and order was placed September 21, 2024

It took 30 days for them to lie and say my package was delivered. I tracked the package 10/24 in the morning and tell me why it said the package was delivered 10/24 at 648 pm?! I didn't know they could tell the future! Needless to say my package has NOT been delivered and I'll be reaching out to my bank to dispute the charge

Your fake and you can improve by taking your site down and stop taking ppl money. This is sad! You may have ppl that really need these clothes at the price for their kids and your getting over on them. Karm is real and I feel for all whom are involved

I ordered over a month ago and every time I try to put the tracking number in it never comes up. At this point I just wants my refund.
