I made a purchase in May 2025 and I received an email stating it had been shipped. 8 days later the shipping information is still saying that the order is waiting for the carrier to pick it up. I wrote to them and sent a screenshot of the shipping page and have yet to receive a response.
UPDATE: I am giving this company 4 stars now. The reason I am not giving 5, is that it took over 8 days for the carrier to collect and when I emailed, I did not get response. However, I have received the items and they came a two beautiful cases and they work amazingly. I am so surprised. These are a gift and I am very happy with them.

Ordered April 29, 2025. Not yet received. Wanted to charge me to track the missing items.

**BUYER BEWARE** Ordered one of their products for a birthday present. Website promotes a 4-9 day delivery timeframe. I'm at more than 2 weeks still haven't received it. Didn't get it in time for the birthday and tried to cancel the order. Told me I couldn't and they promised it had shipped. Only option they have me was to wait for a product that I'm not even sure is going to arrive and then pay to ship it back.

I ordered from Hypnotiq and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

Their courier, Yodel, left my parcel in an insecure, publicly visible location, resulting in it being stolen. Although this was clearly a failure by the delivery service, Hypnotiq showed no willingness to support or resolve the situation, despite multiple emails and providing evidence.

After being ignored for over 11 days, I was forced to recover my money through a chargeback with my bank.

Very disappointed with both the delivery handling and the company's lack of customer care.

Not as advertised

I simply wish to return two items due to the fact they do not visually work for me. Sent an email immediately saying so. I've had no reply at all. Due to the poor after sales I now wish to return all eight items.

I’m very disappointed, I ordered the kinetic optical illusion, it took 12 days to arrive and is the wrong colour. I ordered the grey and I’ve had the black one delivered. It didn’t even come in a box. Definitely not worth the money, the quality is not as it looks on the website.

I didn’t want to have to do this but being ignored is not a way to treat customers.
Initially I ordered a dark grey spinner, the website FAQ’s on delivery said 1-3 business days.
I did receive a tracking ref 2 days later but it did not work on any of the mayor courier companies so I asked them who it was being sent with.
The reply I received explained that it was for a Chinese exporter!
As the tracking was showing they had not received the item I asked about this and was told that there were delays, this was 6 days after my order was placed.
On the 10th October my order arrived but it was the black version and not the dark grey ordered!
Since asking about this I am now being ignored.
All in all it has not been a great experience and I would avoid this company, the product itself is not as good as expected, visually it is not made to the same detail as shown on the site, it spins for a while, but not as long as insinuated on the site in my opinion.
I will update if I hear back from them in respect of the wrong product being sent.
