I just smoked another after the session and now I am going to listen again before bed. I quit. I will be so glad to be done with fighting it. I quit for 30 years and I know what the good life is without smoke.

No notification of renewal

No notification of renewal, bad service using AI.
I cancelled my service on the same day of renewal. My credit card was authorized but the charge wasn't posted on my credit card. I emailed Hypnozio and they ensured no further charges. But due to their misleading policy, they refused to refund my charges because it fell out of the 30-day window of initial charge 6 months ago. So, not only do they not provide notification of renewal but also they refuse to refund the services that I cancelled on the day of the renewal. When you email support, the reply is very repetitive and unclear like it is a chatbot. So, human service seems nonexistent. Very disappointed.

The sales funnel is a bit laborious to get through, it keeps trying to upsell you. I didn't take on any of those.

I got the core product for weight loss. It is excellent. The programme is well designed, the recordings come in male and female voice versions and are very good. I am enjoying the sessions and definitely improving my relationship with food and losing weight since starting this programme. Will recommend

Hypnozio asked me to share my experience of how they dealt with my compliant. In short I asked for a full refund of the product they added to my invoice at checkout. They offered me a 50% refund. They argue that I had access to something I never wanted and have never accessed so that means I should not have a full refund.
