Buyer Beware!!!!

Buyer Beware!!!!

I wish I could choose ZERO stars, but the system makes me choose a star.

Only one of the five items I purchased work for myself and my husband. I have left at least four emails to get my items returned before the 30 day return policy is up. It has been two weeks and I got an email after about a week and a half that only offered me an exchange. The products do not work for us and there is supposed to be a 30-dayreturn policy...That is a joke!! You can't get a hold of anyone with the company. I have sent several messages and they have responded once with no option to return or refund onlt exchange. They have no customer service phone number. You are not able to talk to anyone. AGAIN BUYER BEWARE!!

I finally received i response back and this company only returns items that are damaged. They do not care if they work or not. They don't care if they cause pain when trying to use them. They only care if you items arrive damaged. Hold on to your money this company is a TOTAL SCAM!!

Do NOT BUY

Ordered a size M and they sent me a L. The response to their error was to just wear it because the sizing was so similar. I explained that I tried it on and it was still too big and their reply was that I could pay to get a new size. I find this completely ridiculous that I should have to pay to fix their mistake. Absolutely horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY.

Customer service terrible/WAY TOO SMALL

Customer service is terrible. It took days on end to hear back from them. They do not allow returns of their way too small posture support device. All I got out of this was an item I can’t use that smells like chemicals. I’m beyond upset that I wasted money on this. Do not buy from this company Hydrolabs.

Hydrolabs is a MAJOR LEAGUE SCAM!!

Hydrolabs is a MAJOR LEAGUE SCAM!!! Their size chart is for children its definitely for adults. An XL i the size of a small. Then you text message John in customer service who will not abide by their return policy. He only offers you a replacement in a larger size for the cost of the shipping. I originally purchased thre in XL. I sent John my height, weight, and waist size. He sent me one XXXL which is still one size too small. I bought three and he replaces it with one! Icontacted him about the XXXL being too small and he refuses to return or refund these undersized items. All they will do is keep sending larger as long as you pay individual shipping fees.
It's a Chinese SCAM Company. STAY AWAY!!!

A SCAM SHAM! Avoid!

I join what sounds like a chorus of people who are disappointed in Hydrolabs honesty. They deserve a ZERO star. The product I received had a tangle of elastic (I sent photos and they felt the post office was to blame. The sizing is clearly not American…probably Asian. What a shame to butcher what could have been a great product. Do NOT buy from Hydrolabs…a SCAM SHAM!

Should be zero stars

Should be zero stars. This company is a scam and should be shut down. They sent the complete wrong size in the posture corrector thing so it didn’t even come close to fitting. I have tried to contact them over and over again to even just get the correct item. No response. Do not use!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered a product last June, and despite many emails they will not issue a refund. They claim it has been “lost in transit,” and keep sending out a “new product.” They are never to arrive. Don’t order from here.

Hyrolab posture vest

I bought the posture vest , read the sizing chart chose a XXL said that it will fit a 41 up to a 51 waist size. Their sizing didn't come close at all. I measured the one that got the tags say XXL but my measuring tape says max 34 waist... there is no stretch for the waist . .Can't get my money back the fine print says on sale items no money back ,well ok . So can they give me bigger size. They don't make them.bigger then the xxl .This comes from China they don't use U.S. sizing scale at all. .Had the same problem with courdory shirts that I bought on line , they also were made in China. But Walmart backed that sale and they refunded me my money. Hyrolab I haven't heard at all from them once I told them that their sizing chart is wrong, false advertising. I am sure this problem happens to a lot of people. Done with on line ordering out of the U.S
But their is a lot that i do like about China .

HydroLabs Is An Atrocity

I sent back my first order of their Shoulder Harness for Posture because it was too small. I am an XL in most all garments. HydroLabs was willing to do an exchange, but I had to pay an additional $9.95 for S&H. The second one, labeled XXL was the same size as the one I sent back. I threw it in the garbage.

"Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive!"

The Hyrolabs website is calculated to deceive you into believing they are an innovative and beneficient company desiring to help people.

On August 13, 2024, I bought a "PostureFix" size XL, brace and a "ProStretch" device for applying traction to the cervical spine. Traction is achieved by inflating a bladder within, using a manual or an upgraded, push-button automatic air pump (so they said, but now I'm certain they never had any such upgraded model).

I opted for the upgraded, automatic pump model and paid extra for it. On checkout I was also charged for what I now know was fake shipping insurance. I paid over $200 for these items. A tattered package arrived August 27, 2024 which contained two items apparently from Hyrolabs although there was no labeling for this. However, not a one of the items delivered were what I had actually ordered.

Like everyone else who submitted a review of Hyrolabs on this TrustPilot site, the PostureFix back brace from the package was so small, it could only serve to improve the posture of a small animal--it was most certainly no size XL. Also, the straps that are supposed to pull your shoulders back and straighten your spine have only one side of a hook and loop fastener, but without the other side of the hook and loop system, the straps cannot be secured to maintain the posture correction.

Attempting to put the PostureFix on, one of the straps was only half way sewn on and it tore loose. Because of the size and poor construction issues, what Hyrolabs sent me in this item is unusable and is definitely NOT what I ordered.

Examination of the ProStretch revealed that it was not the upgraded model I had ordered, as it had no automatic pump, but at least it came with the manual pump. I emailed Hyrolabs (notably, there are only email addresses, but there is no ground address or phone number provided and they do not allow feedback or reviews on their site).

I sent an email advising Hyrolabs of the problems with my order and they seemed to respond appropriately, asking for a photo to confirm they had sent the wrong model and saying that after an investigation, they would do right by me. I sent a photo clearly showing the Prostretch with the manual pump (and NO automatic pump), so there would be no question but what I had not received what I had ordered.

I received several other, delaying emails from them when I began to insist on them either sending me the automatic pump system or refunding the additional money I paid for the upgrade. Each email from them was a polite but passive-aggressive attempt to delay and to discourage me to the point I would no longer complain. I swear, the agent (I don't call him a Customer Service person because all he knows is disservice) I was communicating with, John, has some serious mental pathology.

When at last I demanded satisfaction from this John, his response to me was that their records document that they did send me the upgraded model with the automatic pump, so I shouldn't be complaining.

On the Hyrolabs website, everything is on "sale" all the time, and they use this as an excuse to not ever accept returns or issue refunds, despite that they didn't send me what I ordered. John explained to me with a condescending tone to his texting, that I have no recourse and I should just accept that I got exactly what I wanted.

I attempted to reach out to John's superiors, thinking that a mentally deranged John might be damaging the company through his actions and attitude without the knowledge of his superiors. But all emails are intercepted by John, and I dont know even if there is anyone over John. He just might be one person that's running this criminal scam out of China single-handedly.

So after more than three months of fruitless correspondence and absolute frustration with this Wizard of Oz situation ("Everything's backwards and the Queen's off with her head"), I'm filing for fraud with my credit card company who will hopefully refund my money and claw back that amount from Hyrolabs.

While I'm mad as hell at these cretins, I'm also disappointed. The Hyrolabs website has a number of items that are innovative and in the right hands, at least had the potential to really help people.

But what seemed to be good ideas in the beginning, that inthe right hands, with attention to quality, proper management and best business practices could have been a solid, legitimate, and highly profitable company, were instead wasted on shoddy manufacturing, deceptive sales, non-existent customer service, and the company is now entirely dependent on taking advantage of the ill-informed.

There is no question but what this poor excuse for a business, this deformed and corrupt creature, should be shut down and the criminal "mastermind" John should be imprisoned for life.

Scam!

Not even a one! It took eight months to get one of these back supports, that’s after they told me it’s arrived. I explained it hasn’t arrived. Well we’re looking into it. Well, it’s arrived, we’re looking into it. Well eight months later, it arrived…...it is a knock off, it’s too small, it’s sewn together wrong. It cannot possibly be used as a back support. Don’t buy from these people. It is a scam. You’re just in the hole the amount of money you spent!

I was foolish to order 2 and now I’m stuck! Both of them, one for my husband and one for I, were waaay too small! Even though they claim to have a 100% guarantee, it’s all a lie! They refuse to allow me to return them for a full refund. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card.
