Picked up my beautiful Fanta Fe ——A DREAM OF AN EXPERIENCE.
My car eventually arrived , I had exceptional help from the day l went to look for a KGM SSANGYONG and then later spotted in the UK a HYUNDAI SANTA FE in green.
I fell in love with this vehicle.ABRAHAM and ASIER at Hyundai Almerialva went out of their way to find this extra special vehicle.They were so polite , patient , attentive and accommodating especially as l only know a couple of words in SPANISH.
I picked up this vehicle yesterday, this experience was truly amazing, the help and attention l experienced was superb, impossible to fault.
MY CAR IS BEAUTIFUL THANK YOU SO MUCH ASIER,ABRAHAM,ALL THE STAFF AT THIS SHOW ROOM FOR YOUR AMAZING ATTENTION ,HELP AND SERVICE

Very incompetent people in Marbella by Hyundai SYRSA, have no idea about service to the clients, rude , arrogant and not willing to help the costumors. exstremely bad experiance .

Bought an approved Hyundai i20 from Moll motors Denia. Bought it because of the 5 year warranty. What a complete waste of money (13,500 euros). After 1 year & hardly any usage as live in the uk, developed a serious petrol leak. Hyundai roadside assistance a waste of time. Wasted so much time trying to get through to them. When eventually mechanic came out he cable tied the petrol lead into the engine. Of course the next day it happened again. It totally spoilt my 10 days there. Had to call them out again ( took 1.5 days to finally get through) person came & towed it away to Hyundai dealer in Denia called auto almenar who had just taken up dealership from Moll motors. Absolutely awful place. No mechanics to work on the fault. Had to book a transfer back to airport & leave the car at Denia with no date of when it would get looked at. I involved Hyundai ES customer service. They weren’t interested. I have now decided to sell the Hyundai as I wanted peace of mind if I broke down etc. it has put me off owning a car now in Spain & I am going back to just renting. I thought Hyundai would be reliable & their customer service would be good. I keep emailing auto Almener asking what they did to fix the car as finally got it back almost 4 weeks later (after picking it up from them driving it back to Moraira for it to happen all over again! ) It cost me 250 euros in airport transfers. No apology from Hyundai. Terrible

We had a horrible experience with Moll Motors, the Hyundai dealer in Denia. We were promised numerous delivery dates. All missed. Then, when the car finally arrived, we arranged a time to pick it up. The guy was busy, they asked us to come back in twenty minutes. We went back. He was then with someone else. Completely ignored us. We asked him how long he'd be. If looks could have killed, we would have dropped dead in the showroom. Eventually, as we were just about to walk out, he decides to attend to us. The signing of the paperwork took less than three minutes!!! We'd waited over an hour! He walks us out to the car.... and it's absolutely filthy. If it wasn't for my partner, who didn't want to wait any longer for a new car, I would have cancelled the contract and gone home. Would definitely not recommend Moll Motors in Denia. Terrible experience all round
