Zero customer service

Zero customer service. I got washing machine from store it is not working. Multiple times I called service person. But not responding. Please don't buy anything from this company. Very bad experience. Please don't buy anything of hyundai home appliances.

I had aterrible experience

Very bad experience with Hyundai 55” TV from Kanz app
I bought a Hyundai 55-inch TV from the Kanz app. The TV arrived broken and missing important parts — the stand, the remote, and the warranty card were all gone. It looks like someone did this on purpose to get rid of a damaged TV.

I contacted a man named Essam Sakr from the company. He told me the TV would be replaced the next day, but when I asked again, he said there would be no replacement.

This is not acceptable. It feels like a scam. I will not stay quiet about this. I will report it to all the official authorities, and I will also contact Hyundai’s main office to let them know about what their agent in Egypt is doing.

I have very bad experience with their service, I have purchased a Airconditioner, and chasing these guys from last few days to get service of AC, they saying me everyday same thing that it will done tomorrow and tomorrow, at the end I have to spend my own money to get service from outside, they are laying me from last couple of days. So I would never suggest their products to anyone because it's not assured that you will get claim of guarantee or warranty.

Everyone should be this customer friendly

The employee I contacted listens well, responds quickly and thinks along until a suitable solution is found. I experienced the contacts as very pleasant.
In general, if all customer care employees would be as customer-friendly as Florian, consumers would be a lot less frustrated and much happier.
