Very good staff, I Flight are willing to help anytime

Would give it a 4 starts. Friendly but found that constantly had to chase things up. 1st time booked with them and was concerned that they overpromised and under delivered. In the end, we went so much back and forth that I caved in that we were quoted a 7 night holiday but only needed up getting 6 nights. Had flights, hotel and transfer included but felt over inflated in the transfer prices and they wouldn't move from the price. I found out that the hotel could provide complimentary shuttled so would be happy to reduce my overall cost of the holiday and remove transfers but they wouldn't budge on prices. Got offered 'expo' tickets as we chose Emirates airline and global Village tickets although no reason for 'queue jumping'.
There are a start up company from my understanding, give them a try but also felt they bumped me on price and with so much back and forth and getting availability off from work I caved in. Also when I was given Transferes, I wasn't able to change the timings so something to note on. Otherwise smooth check in for flight and hotel.

Used I-Flights to book my winter holiday to Dubai. Found my own hotel but they provided the best price with half board thrown in. Tickets to the Dubai expo provided for free as well as the dessert safari. Stress free booking process, would definitely be using I-flights again in the future and will recommend to anyone looking to get away!

I flights gives you an easy hassle free way to book. All information given to you in a clear and concise way. No jargon. Very nice hotel booked taking into account needs of our family- interconnecting rooms ideal to give kids there own space and to keep a eye on them.. Highly recommended.

Excellent service by I flights & travel, thanks for amazing package including flights and transfer. We did not have to worry about anything. Stayed in titanic beach Lara with my 2 kids and Mrs which is amazing. Recommend 100%

Great service perfect package as chosen with transfers, agent was contactable throughout the holiday and emergency contact numbers were provided for all services included. No complaints!

Very courteous communications, prompt responses, very clear information, there is nothing that really can be said against the service. We have yet to travel but to date, really excellent. This is the service your really want when committing to an expensive holiday or travel back home.

I appreciate all the extra effort and updates with the forever changing - PIA airline. He has remained calm and collective all the way even when the flight was cancelled and exceeded my expectations to book another one so quickly.

All round great experience, asked for the flights I needed and they we're given to me at a better price than the actual airline. I was buying tickets for my brother the tickets were sent to me within 5 minutes of confirming my brothers details. Couldn't have gone any smoother. Would recommend these guys to anyone who is flying away!
