I ordered the hero s8 800watt 16 ah and its amazing few scratches but it had got the wrong motor when it came 500w it shud be 800w
they said they will replace it never heard from them again so much for 12 month warranty still waiting for replacement can't get in contact with them they answered a few questions at the start but now nothing do not buy and if you do hope there's nothing wrong with it

Limited stock at the time and the only scooter that satisfied our requirements was an ex display model but this was in superb condition and was offered a great deal. Have had cause to enquire about an issue but the response was excellent and the fix was actually for a something we had inadvertently done ourselves to the scooter. Pleasure to deal with and very pleased with our purchase.

Absolutely loving my new scooter, used to walk about 20 mins to work but with my new scooter I'm there in no time, perfect with these icy mornings. Not to mention I get extra time in bed cause my commute is shorter! Definitely recommend!

I recently had a issue with my electric scooter (not I-scoot’s fault) but the professional manner and service they provided with helping me resolve the issue was amazing and because of this, I will continue my custom but also, highly recommend.

My job requires me to travel from client to client across the city of Bristol. Since lockdown and the return of congestion and traffic jams, I wanted a more eco friendly form of transport that didn't involve public transport. I discovered i-scooters and it has literally changed my life! It is great to use; goes fast enough to get me places; has a good battery life and is light and easy to transport.

Bought 3 electric scooters now all amazing! All very strong scooters , recently got the joyor F5+ Which is on for currently £649.99 on sale & words cant explain honestly..
