SCAM and FAKE documents sent to my bank!
They canceled the Kapital Festival and opened a refund window. I selected "Full Refund" on time. Not only did they steal my money (1019 RON) and ignore my emails for months, but when I opened a bank chargeback, they provided FAKE documents to Visa claiming I never asked for a refund! I have proof of everything, including an email from their team admitting my refund request is valid. I am reporting iaBilet and Neversea to ANPC and the Romanian Police for fraud. Avoid this company!

What went wrong…
You should treat your costumers better, especially those who were willing to buy a lot of tickets via your website. You work with a nightmare insurance company which humiliates costumers in the worst manner possible! They implemented a set of terms&conditions which make it almost impossible to get your money back!
So you, IABILET.RO, colaborate with them to make sure people NEVER get their money back, if, because of personal reasons, someone couldn’t show up to the show they bought tickets for!!!!!
EUROLIFE FFH, FLEX EN GARDE insurance company is a SCAMMER, they will do everything they can so people won’t get their money back, even if they paid extra for insurance of their purchase!!!
I am sick of these scams, you will not be able to full me again!

Purchasing was ok, we bought priority access tickets. BUT - when we got to the venue in Bucharest, after standing in 1 km line, the rude iabilet staff told us we either bought fake tickets, and that stood in the wrong line (?) and we should now go to the parallel street and stand another 1 km line. they tell us this while we are inside the venue. complete lack of organization or common sense. this awful experience damaged our enjoyment of the evening. I do not recommend their service - what kind of representative blames you for purchasing fake tickets while I clearly hold a valid proof? this was a disgrace.

You can’t sell on their platform for the same amount you paid to them, only for lower.

And they charge you 10% + VAT for the sale.

Not to mention their crazy high commissions for buying.

The Hauser concert was cancelled, and for 5 years I didn't see the money, passing the fault to organizer, organizer can't be reached, and so on. Very dissapointed ... you should not use them.

Disappointed that vouchers they issue are only valid for a particular event and if you miss it you lose your money. Unsatisfactory. Will never buy tickets from them again.

Iabilet + Emagic = a frustrating experience.
They started selling tickets for Metallica’s M72 Tour 2026, but it was a mess. Prices for the cheaper categories kept changing, they added a second random fee, and they listed lower category tickets as premium. Shame on them!

This site (iabilet.ro) took our money but never delivered a ticket. During m72 pre-sale iabilet.ro servers crushed leaving lots of people without tickets. During actual sale site reported category 5 being premium..

iabilet + emagic = the worst experience. They started selling ticket for Metallica M72 tour 2026. But the prices for the cheaper categories changed actively and besides the processing fee, they introduced a second fee. Good luck with that, i'm buying tickets for a concert outside of Romania.

Zero customer support, no way to contact them in case of a problem, VERY big fees on tickets, a site that stops working on big events etc. Such a disgrace! Can’t wait for Ticketmaster to come to Romania and shut you down!

The worst experience ever. Tried to buy Metallica tickets and the site was down. When it came back I had to wait over one hour.

I payed for a ticket and i did not received it !!! The phone number is useless because it’s only a robot answering. You can send them by email but they do not respond!

iaBilet will be able to return, in case of cancellation of the order or the event, only the price of the ticket, not the price of the intermediary services related to the purchase made.
the event was canceled and that means i got back 720 from 832 RON. an incredible scam, i will avoid and not recommend them

bad experience, i bought two tickets, i have clicked something about giving my money back because i saw overthere covid, (and as i had some flu which is similar virus as covid) they have have cancelled my tickets and they have asked for documents for refund which i don t have because it was a flu, my documents would be the receipt for Vitamin C 1000 MG.

i have found 1h before the event that my tickets have been cancelled (i was checking them just to make sure like take screenshot), i had no idea that they have been cancelled and by whom.

They say on their website that tickets, where they have exclusivity, cannot be guaranteed if purchased elsewhere. Also, ticket reselling is not allowed at a higher price than the original. However, they allow pests such as Viagogo bots to buy all the tickets and resell them for 5-10x the price. This is absurd and should be illegal to do it.

Bought 2 tickets in march for a show in may. After a few days I asked if the show will be the same as the one from february and they said that I should contact the organizer. Ok. A bit odd to tell your clients to contact the person that organized the show. A few days back I found out that the show will be the same and requested a refund but they only want to give me half the amount I paid due to their refund policy. There is no working phone number so you can only contact them via email where there is a slow reply. Never using this website again.

The insurance service they use is a scam. They canceled the tickets and the insurance service that i paid for doesn't refund the tickets value.

Update:
I'm trying to get my money back from them and they are changing their policies from hour to hour. They also mailed me summoning some terms I couldn't find at the moment of the refund request on their terms&conditions page.
I still haven't received any money back yet, but the National Authority for the Consumer Protection (in Romania) issued them a fine for scammy practices over the consumers. They are now in a trial with the NACP.

There is no way to edit your reservation once they took your money. I ordered one seat, but forgot to take one more, so after placing the first order, after just a few minutes I tried to edit my reservation. No chance, you don't have this option, so I canceled it since I had Flex En-Garde assurance hoping that I will get my money back. I didn't get my money since that assurance is only for cases when you die or your house burns and 2 more cases like this :( . Moreover my tickets were cancelled as a result of my request, so I could not re-sell them, only they could sell again my seat.

Later edit: I got my money back after email insistences.

Stand up Rescheduled to another time and place, no refund no nothing, 1 email to notify changes, that's all, and you have to search/filter and find this specific email from tons of emails that they send because of newsletter.

We were a bunch Of people waiting for the show to happen in the original location( written on the ticket that we bought) but of course no one came to open the door.

Even with a month in advance, a refund is close to impossible. I mean, EuroLifeFFH would help me get a refund, but first I'd have to die, be hospitalised, my house should burn down or be flooded, I should get beaten AND robbed. Absolutely pathetic business model.
