I think package for electronics is better cardboard box not bubble wrap envelope. Luckily it works perfectly and came with installation manuals. Thank you.

Paul was most helpful when I ran into problems ordering from the website and resolved the issue very quickly. Delivery was a bit slow (6 days) but that's down to the courier company - so perhaps a better one could be used. A telephone number for contact would be useful rather than having to rely on emails.

Excellent customer service. My original order went missing in the post and was replaced without question by the supplier. The sensor I bought was well priced and perfect for my application which was to control a pump which prevents flooding during very heavy rainfall.
