Quality of prints is good
Quality of prints is good, paper is thick, colour is bright. It's not the easiest to find the customer services link on the website but when I contacted them they were quick to respond and helpful

The customer service is the best I've every come across with an online retailer! I had a query about delivery, responded and update instantly, with guided timeline. Then having made an adjustment to my order, they refunded via Klarna within seconds! Seriously I will be shopping here again. Give them a go, excellent quality products!

Great quality and service
I’ve made multiple purchases through fy! Love the variety of art and how it adds character to any space. Recently had a delivery not go well. Customer service was great and they were able to correct the issue.

Look carefully at the framing options
The framing options looked quite straightforward on the website however when my image arrived, the frame was very different than I thought I'd ordered.
I didn't get a receipt until I asked for one, so I couldn't check what I'd ordered vs what arrived.
Using the explanation from the customer service rep, when I went back to the order and tried to replicate what I'd gotten wrong, I think I'd get it wrong again as it's not clear that if you order a canvas instead of paper print, the frame will not be at all as shown in the images on the website, you have to look really carefully to understand that if you order a classic frame for a canvas print, you're going to get a very different frame.
Long story short, the print is very good, delivery is fast, good value for money, customer service is fast and detailed, just BEWARE to ignore the images of the frames shown and dig deeper to see what you're really getting if you order canvas instead of paper print.
I will order again, will just be super careful not to order canvas if I want a flat classic frame.
