Great art work ordered from Fy

Great art work ordered from Fy !
Quality canvas prints in beautiful designs and detail with quality frames.
General prints in picture frames are not as good looking aesthetically, for the price. But, if hung as a gallery wall they look better, but are still a little over priced in my opinion compared to the quality of a canvas print and the frames aren’t as good.

Over all I’m pleased with my purchases and Chloe in the customer care department has always been amazing and spot on with all her help and advice.
Highly recommended for canvas prints especially.

I appreciate how helpful the Chloe was in response to my order issue. She was understanding, thorough, and responded favorably to my request. I am excited to get artwork from fy! In the near future, just bummed with how the print appeared once enlarged with my most recent purchase. (I still love my past purchases.) Thank you for your help, Chloe!

Although i did not keep my print

Although i did not keep my print, the company was so easy to deal with when I asked to return it. They refunded my money immediately and told me to keep the print. I was quite impressed with the service. I would highly recommend this company

Unfortunately my framed canvas showed…

Unfortunately my framed canvas showed up crooked, but I received an immediate response and refund . There was no back and forth, just a very pleasant experience in which FY! customer service helped me immediately without any pushback. Besides this issue, I have always had my items show up on time and undamaged. Very solid experience every time, no matter what the situation.

Excellent Customer Service

USPS lost my art print and Chloe from customer service did an excellent job of taking care of this matter for me. She sent a replacement print and kept me updated on all details. She responded to my emails very quickly and was very kind.

Great art and great service

Firstly, I love the art, I love the image and when it arrived damaged, I was disappointed but Chloe and the Fy help team immediately responded and answered my emails and replied with a new order#. So overall, I already owned a piece from Fy! And this was my second and I love it and they really had great customer service!

Excellent customer support

I have had a wonderful experience with Fy! and Chloe in the customer support team. I received a framed print that had a different border than described. Chloe was amazing at understanding what had happened, she was super quick with responses, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!! Thank you, so very much to both Chloe and Fy! Disco orange

Easy to use site .Good communication re delivery. Safely packaged . Although as it was in a tube I did have to iron a couple of creases out before hanging!!
Lovely quality , nice bright colours.

Outstanding customer service

I ordered a print and it was unfortunately sent to my previous address 20 minutes away. I contacted Fy! Via email and received an immediate response with several follow up emails in an attempt to troubleshoot. I was able to get one of my neighbors to intercept the package, but I couldn’t be more impressed by the communication and customer service. I’m very happy with the product as well.
