Initially all seemed great.

Initially all seemed great but then they started saying wanting money. I had to wire money for SAT ID $3,700 dollars which I did. Then it was $4,800 for taxes which I did. None of this was explained or talked about in the initial phases of the selling. Now they want $6,000 dollars or I don't receive any payment. It is a scam. Do not do any business with this company.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Was passed link to pay for searches and instruct my solicitor via MoveButler. Very quickly snatched almost £400 from me by playing on the urgency line (coincidentally also a favourite tactic of scammers!) Once paid, I didn’t hear anything for a week until my solicitor contacted me asking for payment of £250 for searches. They hadn’t heard anything from MoveButler and hadn’t received payment / instructions. I also don’t understand why their charge for searches is £100 more than what the solicitor asked for. Just seems like an unnecessary middle man step design to fleece people and hold their money without actioning what they were paid for!

Happy to breach their own contract

These people were happy to breach their own contract because our "communication level" was not at their level. They want all WhatsApp and no actual talking either F2F or on the phone. I don't sell houses for a living, these people do so they know the process inside out, I don't. So, when I have a few questions about the process, the viewings, pricing strategy etc. it would be nice to get feedback or some acknowledgement and a holding response until an answer is ready. That is just basic customer service. Brenton Smith our Exp UK agent here in the east midlands already works full-time with an estate agent and tries to fit in extra work with EXP UK part-time. After three weeks and just three viewings, we received an email today withdrawing their services and our house has already been removed from the market because we asked too many questions and our “communication level” was not within their tolerance levels. You can imagine how angry we are. Consequently, I lost a day's wage finding another estate agent and we had to redo AML. BTW they charge double for AML. Considering how slow things are, this is shockingly bad. They want to do everything by WhatsApp and will only speak to you either over the phone or in person reluctantly. We had previous experience with Brenton when he worked for Purple Bricks, he helped us when we bought the current house, and he was great. Not this time, I would think very carefully before employing these guys; promised a lot, and cost us money but delivered nothing.

What an awful experience

What an awful experience with this company. I was given their details by my estate agent in order to load my details on 'Move Butler' which I am assuming is a subsidiary of 'iamproperty'. Meeting their requests was very confusing for s person with disabilities. I did eventually manage to comply with their requirements, however, when I attempted to speak to someone in their office, after the first attempt, where I genuinely couldn't understand her very fast Geordie accent, I asked her to repeat what she had just said, which she did, again in a very rapid speech mode. I said I needed to find the answer to her question by looking at an email with the details. I apologised 2 or 3 times for being unable to comply immediately.... she said nothing and then put the phone down. I dialed 6 more times trying to get through to extension 4 and even tried customer service twice which took me back to the main menu both times. I then tried again and spoke to a man butthe call had gone through to an auction office. He sent me back to extension 4 and this time I did get through again to a different woman to whom I calmly explained what I needed to know, which was information as to what their company does, in the process of me buying a property via a certain Estate agent who had sent me to iamproperty. She politely asked me to hold and came back within 2 minutes. However, she said she would ask the relevant team to call me back....... they haven't. Appalling service. One which I could really do without. The service industry is there to 'help' isn't it? It was just upsetting and my uncertainties about using this service have not been resolved.
