Placed order on 12/1. Received confirmation of order on 12/2/2024. Have not heard from them since. Order never received. Store is unavailable online at this time. Sent email, have heard nothing 2/2/25

VERY disappointed in this company. I placed an order on 11/30/24, its now 1/9/25 and I still have nothing. The company told me on 12/12/24 that they were looking into it and would give me an update within 24 hours which has yet to happen. I've sent several more emails and attempted to do online chats but no one replies. I like the products I've tried in the past but I will never use their product again. $100 down the drain. Think twice before ordering from this company!

My order was requested on 8th of August. The address was wrong so my parcel was returned to sender.
Customer service haven't been able to locate the parcel but promised me an update. No update yet or even a reply to my further messages, the latest being a refund. It's now the 17th of September, l wonder how long it will take to get my refund?

Purchased off the back of a Martin Lewis promotion code, I found most of the products average at best. I did like the pre-cleanse hair mask, a good leave in/pre wash conditioner with a lovely smell and would also recommend the overnight sleep mask (sleep hero) too as a good moisturiser. The shampoo and conditioner were virtually fragrance free and didn't make a lasting impression plus difficult to squeeze out of the containers. The smooth talk hyaluronic acid was sticky and flakes when it dries. Worth a punt though as I do enjoy trying new things.

Never heard of this company before but I receive Martin Lewis offers and emails and this company were on there with a brilliant offer using a code. The offer was £107 of beauty goods for £35.00 so as it was from ML I did it ordered and received. I used the face wash 1st then the shampoo and conditioner, then used face toner then serum. So far so good I am very happy with the results. If however I do have an issue I'll let you know.

Bought in good faith following endorsement by a celebrity hairdresser on Lorraine - big mistake! I gather from my hairdresser that endorsements are often paid, which makes a mockery IMO. Have tried numerous shampoo/conditioners over 40 years, expensive & at the cheaper end, I have never used products which felt like I was washing my hair in fairy liquid! Whilst I appreciate different products suit different hair, I have not used a product which didn't instantly make my hair at least feel soft. It does not live up to I Am Proud's declaration of 'improvement after just 1 use'. Sadly a total waste of money.

I have to say this is my first time using iamproud hair and I’m disappointed, I’ve held off writing the review because I wanted to see what customer service came back with but I’ve not heard back following my last email.

I purchased 4 items, 3 arrived undamaged but sadly the shampoo lid wasn’t fully screwed on so had leaked out quite a bit.
I took a picture but then ended up clearing my phone to make space so I deleted the picture, I complained to iamproud and they asked for a picture but unfortunately I had deleted it, I explained that and I’ve not heard back from them since.

This was a quality control issue, clearly the items weren’t thoroughly checked when being packaged or else the loose lid would have been noticed!

To have a bad experience the first time purchasing from you, product and customer service , I doubt I will purchase again
