Really bad!!!!!! Im still waiting on my order that I made on sept 11 , it’s October 14th and still hasn’t even shipped from China ... I have left countless of emails and they remain unresponsive.... that’s just a terrible company. I don’t understand how they are still in business... I’m sure my items will not get here by Halloween & I’m suppose to match my 2 kids to be Justice league As our first Halloween with our newborn... $39.99 Down the drain

Don't expect a refund if you decide to return.
Shipped item back to CHINA! not to a U.S. company.
Even with tracking you're not going to get your money back.
I sent a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission because their return policy is a scam.
I strongly suggest you report them if you find yourself in the same predicament.
Total thievery in my perspective.

Received a shirt that had what I assume to be a printing error. Faded on 1 part of the shirt compared to the rest. 5 emails sent, no replies. Cheap Compression material. Avoid unless you like to roll the dice on quality

This is a horrible company please do not order from them! I ordered two shirts two months ago. Right away I believed there was an error Concerning the size and tried to contact them. I sent many messages over the course of almost two weeks and received no reply. I sent an email stating that I wanted to register a complaint and I received a generic email stating that their logistics have confirmed the item should be on the way but shipping might be slow due to international shipping and COVID-19. They in no way responded to my question and concern about the size. I finally had to contest the payment with Pay Pal. Pay Pal rejected the claim because the company assured them that the item was shipped. I received one of my shirts, but not the other. That has been over two weeks ago now. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about my remaining item with no answer. I finally received the same generic email that logistics had ensured them it should be in the way but may be delayed due to...(same as before). This company has horrible customer service. I wish I would have read reviews here and on another review site I found later where many others have had these same issues. Do not waste your time or money with this company. And to top it all off, the one shirt I have received was very poor quality.

I still haven’t got my shirt yet. I ordered April 18th and it’s June 29th already. It hasn’t even left China. Terrible company, I hope they go out of business and stop scamming people and that whoever runs it goes to federal prison for life. Waste of my money.

Really really poor customer service! I ordered two t-shirts with size L. They sent me the wrong size. I sent back the t-shirts. And now I am still waiting after 3 months to receive my t-shirts with the right size. I tried to contact them many times and they don't reply to me.
Don't trust them and don't buy their products! They steal their clients!

Wish I could give this company no stars, I also wish I had come onto this website before ordering because the exact same thing happened to me that so many others have stated. I ordered 2 things in April, the company responded to the first few of my emails claiming they will reship the items, the tracking numbers have not been updated since May 7, and now the company is not responding. I ordered these shirts per the company's policies of timing and shipping, they definitely did not arrive in time to give them to the individual I ordered them for, and I am moving from the shipping address I put for the order in about 1.5 months. So if the items do eventually show up, as some of you have indicated, I bet it will be after I don't even live at this address/city anymore. Which, obviously, wouldn't have been an issue if the items were shipped according to the company website and policies.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. DO NOT GO THROUGH WITH ANY PURCHASES!! You are throwing away your money.

I ordered a shirt on April 27, it is now June 2 and I have yet to receive the shirt. Tracking information has not been updated since May 5 and the shirt is coming from China. I specifically ordered from this company because they were USA based, shipping was only 3-5 days and coming from their warehouse in Kentucky.
I sent them an email on May 26 asking about the shirt and received no response. I sent a second email on May 28 and no response. Per the website, they respond to emails within 24 hours. I sent a third email today, seven days from the time I sent the first email. There is no number to call, and I suppose I can figure out why that is. Extremely frustrated especially since the shirt is for my son who happens to have Autism.

Ordered a shirt on January 25th. After countless emails and 2 claims of reshipping my item. It arrived on May 22!!!!

I ordered shirts from them for my sons bday party and they never came in! I asked them for weeks if they had shipped and to let me know timing and nothing. I ended up ordering some on amazon prime and got them 2 days later and they were great! When I contacted them they told me that they would not refund me the money but instead send me a new item - guess what? Still have not received... this was all 4 month ago! DO NOT ORDER!

The company is horrible. I ordered a costume for an event and the order hasn’t processed after a month. I wrote them and told them to stop processing and refund my money since it hadn’t shipped yet and I could no longer use it. (I also complained to PayPal who was it help either by the way.) Rather than refund my money, they shipped the item 4 days later. Now they won’t give me an address or return label to return it. They offer me 40% off to keep it. I can no longer use it and it is very very poor quality. It shipped from China also, not USA like they claim. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM! TERRIBLE!!!

After many, many emails and contact on what’s app, the company finally responded and refunded my money. They also told me to keep the item. So they did the right thing. I have to give them credit where credit is due. I’m glad they made it right. I didn’t want to keep the item so I’ll donate it to a school probably.

They took forever. I returned my unopened package with tracking to them as it arrived months after I needed it. I've sent them dozens upon dozens of emails. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE IT BACK. They are thieves.

I would give 0 if I could. Took 6 weeks to get my order which was 4 weeks later then they said. No one would respond to my emails. I never even opened the package when i got a customer service rate our product from them. I was given instructions on how to send item back and i did immediately with tracking number and receipt confirmation and it has been 2 months and 20 unanswered emails and no refund. So now they have my money and their china produced product back. Horrible horrible company

I wish I didn't even have to get 1 star it has been over a month I have never received my order. No one will reply when I try to contact. There is no phone number. Awful company

WARNING WARNING WARNING =Stay TF away! If I could give NO stars I would. My product is sitting at post office now at the 'return' center in NC. Disputing the charge with CC company now - I have all the all the documentation for the return and them saying I could return.

They say in their website that are a US based company, but the everything is shipped straight from China, takes forever and the quality is literally CRAP, I ordered a pair of leggings and it feels like my legs are wrapped in plastic, the fabric is the cheapest garbage you can find, I wrote to them because I wanted to return them and after 4 emails I gave up and decided to write reviews on as many places as i can so other people don't felt victim of this scam shady CHINESE company

Ordered something on Nov 28th, and it supposedly shipped on Dec 3rd, and I still have not received anything. Contacted Customer Service, and it took them 3 days to respond, and all they did was ask for my address again. Then 3 days later had to email again to ask what was going on. According to USPS nothing has shipped yet. So here I am, 2 days before Christmas, still waiting on something I ordered on November 28th.

Their customer service is useless and no help. They just keep telling me that it has already shipped, yet USPS says it has not. Now that I am asking for a refund, they just disappear and stop responding, and now my nephew has no Christmas present.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

It took 6 week to get the order ( the site says it will be delivered in 5-10 business days) . Now I am trying to send it back and get a refund but customer service does not respond. Stay away !

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible customer service. Took over a month to get my order and when I did it had come from China. It took so long to get that the event passed. I had contacted customer service several times to check on status and did not get return emails. When I wanted to send it back I did not get any return email until I got a survey. Once I got the survey they responded immediately and gave me instructions on returning the item. it has been 30 days since they received the unopened item, with a tracking record and receipt confirmation and now they have my money and the item and will not return my emails about my credit. Horrible company.

I purchased a product in January. They delayed shipment until November. Then although updated by myself they shipped it to an old address that I had moved from (since it had been 10 months since purchase). I contacted them to inform them and they blamed me and stopped responding. As of now they've stolen my money.
