Excellent teachers, beautiful location. A really welcoming environment. Good range of classes to suit all abilities and plenty of opportunities to explore yoga further via workshops and alternative locations.

The timetable works really well for my busy lifestyle.

I joined this yoga class as a beginner. A super quiet setting within a park. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. The instructor has calm quiet manner and her instruction is very clear to follow.

The massage session with Naiomi was an exceptional experience. Her expertise in addressing each area of tension was impressive, all enveloped in a calming environment. The attention to detail was impeccable. Without a doubt, it stands out as the best massage I've ever had.

I have just moved back to Sutton after a few years away and have been blown away by the level of community straight away- the instructors really care and take the time to ease into the class and are there for a chat afterwards. The herbal tea is also a really lovely touch! I have been looking for a place like this for a long time and I'm so happy I found it- the perfect sanctuary in the middle of winter!

Experiencing the full body massage with Naiomi was nothing short of extraordinary. She skillfully targeted all my tension points, all the while preserving a mindful presence in a soothing atmosphere. Truly flawless. It's undoubtedly the finest massage I've ever received.

Amazing place to practice yoga. Can not recommend this place enough. From teachers, to timetable, the studio offers a varied timetable at a wide range of times to suit even the busiest of people and the people there are super friendly and nice. I was unsure about signing up for 6 months but now I genuinely believe they have a lifetime customer! No harm in booking a trial session if you are contemplating joining. Big thumbs up
