Very bad experience with IARDO. They collected money from us in February for Instamart onboarding, but after payment there has been no proper response or support. Multiple follow-ups were ignored. Please be careful before making payment. Hoping the company will resolve this issue professionally.
Paid ₹25,075 for Myntra Account Setup — Never Delivered, Company Not Responding
I hired IARDO (iardo.in) as a business owner for Myntra seller account creation. Paid ₹25,075 including GST on 29th April 2025. The service was never delivered — my Myntra account was never created.
After multiple follow-ups they went completely silent — no response on WhatsApp, phone, or email. I sent a formal pre-litigation legal notice — still ignored.
It has been exactly 1 year. Zero work done. Zero refund. I have full proof of payment and written service confirmation.
Please be very careful if considering hiring them — get everything in a signed agreement first.
