Unfaire Begutachtung mit Lügen und Glaubenssätzen
Die psychologische Gutachterin hat falsche Aussagen im Gutachten verwendet. Bsp. Aus 2 - 3 Bier pro Monat wurden 2 mal 3 Liter Bier pro Monat. Das zieht sich durch das ganze Gutachten. Es steht dort ich hätte mindestens 2 l Wein getrunken. Ich hatte 1,4 l angegeben. 80 kg, Trinkbeginn 20 Uhr und 12,3% Alkohol. Alkoholprobe um 23 Uhr ergab 1,77 Promille. Daraus wurde Bagatellisierung. Bei Beginn des Gesprächs wurde mir mitgeteilt das 90% aller positiv Begutachteten wieder rückfällig werden. Sie hatte noch mehr solcher Glaubenssätze. Absolute Vollkatatrophe, die meinen Glauben an eine faire Begutachtung zerstört hat.
