The machine software keeps restarting (BM-KS Max s/w v6.0.40 latest), stable settings depend on the weather, I can't keep adjusting throughout the day. It needs constant temp cold air to be stable. I'm using outside air 28 to 34deg c. Restart and initialising takes about 20mins, but often not successful if temp has changed since last setting. During normal operation it refreshes whole page every min which looks bad. My alternative is to run low power mode but stable at about 6.5TH when should be 10.5TH.

So, I have recently bought an iBeLink BM-K3Mini from them and I can't wait to get my hands on them. But what made me write a review today is their very helpful customer service person. $300 for a mining rig is already an expensive buy for me, so you bet that I have a bunch of questions in mind. I contacted their customer service and clarified everything before I hit that order button. You can say that I was very satisfied with the answers I got, because I ended up ordering from them.
