Fast delivery of a good product

Were to start, it is a complete disappointment to buy something at that company.
When you look at the website, it seems all the goods are Spanish-made. That's not the case. This whole comedy starts on October 15, 2025, when I get a message from Seur that my exercise bike will be delivered that day. I'm familiar with Seur, so I expect it to arrive a day or two later. According to Seur, the package was still with Ibernest. On October 20, still nothing... On October 23, I email Ibernest and say that, according to Seur's information, the package is still with them, so I ask when it will actually be delivered.
On October 27, I send the tracking to Ibernest. Then, Seur tells me I refused the package, only to see in the tracking that they've lost it, and then send it back... It's quite an achievement, by the way, to return something you don't have, lose that exact package, and then send it back. October 29th, Ibernest sent my package again (an exercise bike!!). On October 31st, Seur called... and the package was???? a bathroom mirror I hadn't ordered.
Naturally, the company disputed this, and I had to send all sorts of photos as proof.
November 3rd, great, another exercise bike was sent. Finally received on November 4th.
November 5th, I assembled the bike (Chinese-made! Not Spanish, as suggested on the website) and, you guessed it, it was defective.
This also had to be proven, but at first, they didn't understand. I sent a video.
November 6th, I told them I needed to pick it up and that I wanted a refund.
It's so strange, they don't seem to receive that email, and after sending the same email several times, they finally received the return label. It's now November 13th. Seur has to pick up the defective package on November 14th. And of course, they didn't. It was finally picked up on November 18th. Problem solved, money refunded, and that was it. Unfortunately, there were constant excuses that it was Seur who was doing everything wrong, and they couldn't do anything. You can do a lot, for example, use a reliable courier.
On November 25th, I finally asked when my money would be refunded; they were actually working on it. Who they are is, of course, the big question, and certainly not according to their own terms and conditions. They state that they will refund if you provide proof that the package was picked up. This isn't happening! Now it's suddenly within 10 days. Should we then also wait 10 days after receiving the package to pay?
Of course, by December 1st, not a cent had been refunded.
Of course, they constantly ask me to leave a review...well, here I am. A worthless company that certainly doesn't have the customer's best interests at heart.
Oh, and a footnote: The same home trainer was discounted for Black Friday, a price increase of 10 euros!!!

I ordered a pergola from Ibernest on 11.9.2025, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve chased the order 4 times by email, and instead of actual progress, I’ve been given a series of excuses — from flooding delays to being told only recently that it was “handed to a courier” two days ago & next one that there was a delay & I have to wait anoter 14 days.

This is not professional, and the lack of reliable communication is extremely frustrating. Waiting this long for a paid product is unacceptable, especially with no clear delivery date.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ibernest. I regret buying from them and would strongly advise others to think twice before placing an order.
If you do not want to loose time & nerves, do not order with this company.

Received ping pong table in a timely manner. Table and parts were all good for the most part. Only negatives are few screws on metal supports under table are stripped. But overall very happy with quality of table!

I canceled an order from them,as I could not use the item. They where excellent at helping me to do this.
A very helpful company and efficient with their service.
I would not hesitate to use them again when needed.
