Like with any other gambling company you have to undergo verification and hand in some documents when you want to withdraw money. Yes, that's annoying and no one likes to hand in personal data. But the verification was done real quick and once sorted I had no issues withdrawing the money I won. I had the money on my account within a few hours.
Whenever I had a question or problem (recently with a deposit that didn't reach my account) the support team did a gob job sorting that out for me real quick.
The cashback they offer is a nice thing and so far the offered promotions were good too. As usual with quite a bit of wagering, but yeah, it is what it is. Still lower than some other casinos I guess. So for now I will continue my journey with them and hope they will keep up with the good service.

Decided to timeout for 90 days because of gambling issues. Even though it says on their site you cant login during this period, I could break the timeout by simply login and press cancel, and start playing again after 24 hours.
