I had a really pathetic experience with Ibex travels and tours (travel company of Javed Chaudhary) From their social media post I asked about China canton fair trip. The guy immediately asked me to send 200k to book the trip. Later on I sent my documents for the process.
After around a month their representative said I have to send my police character certificate. I sent that too. Then they said have to get it apostilled and we offer these services. The guy named Awais Safder convinced me that their services are fast and we can get it apostilled in 4-5 days. Then they asked for remaining 200k payment.
Just a week before trip they refused to get my documents apostilled and said they cannot do it. I should get it apostilled myself.
Now they have and confiscated my 400k saying that they have used it for flights and other chagres. I'm going to consumer court against them for this matter. This is a severe violation of Punjab consumer right act 2005 where they were not able to provide services and did a violation of agreement.
Please stay away from their social media posts. I had the worst ever experience with Ibex travels and tours.
