Low-quality goods—all of this can be purchased on websites from China. Shipping costs 10 euros. If you want to return the item, you'll have to pay 15 euros in advance for a return label!
Despite lengthy correspondence, they respond with standard phrases. Two weeks later, I received a reply stating they were having difficulties with PayPal returns—and judging by the reviews, they do this to many people. I believe this is a scam.

Beware of this shop!!! It does not refund for returns. I had exactly the same experience as another customer. Fortunately, I opened a case with Paypal immediately, although I got several emails from the shop telling me everything would be sorted out, together with several lies.
At the end of the day, nothing was sorted out. Fortunately, after a few weeks and a complicated process with Paypal I got my 600 euros back from Paypal but not from this company.
Concerning the quality: I had to return everything, as the quality did not reflect the pictures. Dying was poor and everything looked "cheap" or smelled of chemicals. The price for the quality was way too high.
However, the worst was the fact that it cost me several hours and took weeks to open a case with Paypal and get my money back.
Don't trust any mails or answers by this company, as nothing is dealt with after your request.
It is a shame that a company like that is still operating in the market.

Super snelle levering top service

I have chosen the shop Ibiza Vibe /Ibiza Mode because I wanted a trustworthy and quick delivery in the Netherlands.

I paid via Ideal and the website made a mistake. The money was taken from my account. I requested to be refunded and they didn't reply anymore.

I ordered a dress and paid and I also didn't know that the dress comes from China and is also available on Temu for 3 times cheaper than in this shop.

Unfortunately, I was not refunded on my first order and the second order was late to the event I wanted to go wearing the dress. (I didn't receive the dress yet)

Bad quality, send it back and never got my credit. Address I send it back to was not their depot address so the dress according to them never reached them although it was their address on the packet when it arrived for me. This company according to my experience just want your money with no service. Be warned. No return policy

Why do they sell to the UK if it is not possible to create a return label on the web site. Was told to post back to warehouse at my expense, cost was going to be £24 and they would see what they could do. I only wanted to exchange for smaller size. Trouser were only £44 in the first place.

I received my order and unfortunately the quality and look of what was ordered was substandard. This was then followed by months of trying to return my items. The office were extremely unhelpful and I still don’t have back over £400 of customs charges because they won’t liaise with UPS on my behalf.

- I was stupidly unaware of the £80 or so in Tax I had to pay before UPS would deliver to me. I will try not buy from here again! Great clothes. Ordered on Thursday, delivered on Monday from NDL to LDN. I bought a coat that I love, 2 tops and a skirt. The skirt was cheap in the sale, lovely design and colours. But the tops were expensive and not the cream colour shown in the photos, one is a muddy green, the other a muddy yellow. Grrrr

I ordered a designer bikini top in size XS and they shipped it to me in size L. I contacted them immediately 5 minutes after the wrong size arrived and they were super slow in handling their mistake from the start. They asked me 2 times for photos (I had already sent them in the first email) and after 5 days, despite the fact that size XS was still available in their online shop (there were 2 XS when I ordered it and they sent me an L), they told me XS was sold out. They then sent me a return shipping label for the wrong size and I had to waste time and money to go to a DHL shipping point to return it. After I have shipped the wrong size, they have not issued the paypal refund as they should, but they just sent me a unuseful and laughable pdf "invoice" pretending it was a refund. So I opened a paypal claim and they waited another week to reply to me on paypal and they wrote another lie: they stated they couldn't issue the paypal refund because I have opened the paypal claim. Can you believe it? I called paypal which confirmed it was a total lie (of course) and at this point (since it's clear they are just dishonest liars), paypal suggested me to escalate the claim to a dispute, so I'm now waiting that paypal will refund my money. I will never purchase again from these bunch of totally unprofessional and dishonest people, and I strongly suggest you to stay away from them.

Dreadful returns experience, paid £16 to return a dress , I’ve given them the tracking details that’s says it’s with Post NL waiting for collection or redelivery and they refuse to contact the courier, that’s a lot of money to lose

OK final update so next day I looked my emails and it seems the order had hit and then a hour later another email theyd sent that theyd not got the money and sent me a link which worked and so the item had saved for me not sold. Items have arrived withinn24hours from another country so really impressed with that though have paid enough and luckily no custom fees. So will up a star.. they only had the pants in a xs amd im a xxl 😅usually luli fama xs are true to size but luckily they are really stretch and actually just about fit. 1 thing I will say on this design though is its not as bright as luli famas photos which I usuallynfind the opposite with luli fama. Usually there stuffs brighter person. Depending design. So think Luli has really over priced this set as ive bought a much nicer and brighter rainbow one from Shein lately for just £10 so really glad this was on a good sale price at ibizamode. So happy with items. Over all and delivery so will up my stars

AFTER READING REVIEWS IN ITHER LANGUAGES SEEMS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE BAFFLED OVER POSTAGR AND CARD/ PAYPAL CHARGE WHAT ALSO GOT MY ATTENTION IS OTHER PEOPLE ARE COMPLAING THEY TRIED TO CHARGE THEM €11.95 for WW yet they tried charge me €21.85 another €10 Euro. Theyre either upping it to make up for the discounts theyve offered ( as when I looked at this site before it was never that much it was more what the others have claimed) or they're tryna rip British off.
What a waste of my time!!. Ive stopped by this store a few times. Been on a beachwear buying binge this week. Noticed they had Jan sale on and pieces I'm interested in. They had a discount code for new year to use. one of the items wasnt my size so was twoing and throwing whether to buy it as with the top aswell even in sale came to over 130. Anyway decided to buy only to be met with only 1 option at check out to only use ups for £21 postage. Ups have lost my stuff in past. They claimed they used DHL etc first page. £21 is ridiculous for items that are so thin and light they will go in a envelope/large letter even for about £10 tracked at most. Anyway decided to proceed as had filled all my details out adress phone and had to sign up by email only for next page to want ANOTHER £2 for you to pay by either your visa , Mastercard or PayPal like WTH this was beyond greedy now. I clicked to pay and the screen rolled off. No idea what happened when I tried to reopen it items were gone out cart and 1 the items was gone so gave up after all that.. Not a chance in hell im paying £21 just in postage for now only a tiny top to be posted to me.. just go elsewhere most sites are free postage if you spend over £50 let alone a hundred. This shops probably just best for locals not worldwide. Very annoying all that time wasting. They dont mention if you click their shipping policies anything about that nor extra charges just for trying to pay. Wasted all my time for nothing. No wonder this store ive always passed by in the past. Extortionate charges should be mentioned up front I did messaged them about it but they just liked my comment so are not receptive on customer issues

It's my third order and I am delighted. Not only were the orders delivered within 2-4 days (to Singapore!), but the clothes were in perfect condition. On top of that, good quality and beautiful dresses that make you look amazing. Congratulations, love your store!

I have ordered a pair of boots in sale.
The boots have clearly been worn, they are showing signs of wear and tear.The box and the bag have also stains showing that the boots were wet when they were put in the box.The boots are not a sale item but a second hand item.I have written in the chat,on fb messenger and by mail.No answer yet.I have ordered a lot in this shop over the years but after this bad experience I think I will never order again!

Also not recommended if you live in Germany. They don't provide return receipts. Sending and insuring the parcel on your own costs 19 Euros! I chose to send it back without insurance (9 Euros) and apparently they never received it. I wouldn't order again.

Second time ordering. Do not seem to be any issues thus far!!! Finally a portal to Ibiza fashion door to door!!! Saved!!! Credit card will suffer lol

Lovely dresses and clothes!! Only for the clothes, the webpage, the shop and the service it would be 5 stars- excellent!
But unfortunately, if you need to return something it is too expensive!

Very fast delivery to Italy and fantastic clothing, as I expected!

Very lovely fashion, good quality, reasonable prices. Delivery is really fast. I have not yet returned something, likes all their products a lot :-)
