Specialized emtb

I orderd an specialized emtb because the deal was so good. The people at IBK are very kind en fast responding by email. Shipping went well, small problem on the side of fedex. But the bike was perfectly delivered!

Cannondale Habit 4

Very good communication and service.
Super fast shipping.
The MTB was packed and pre-assembled and arrived in Germany without any damage.
Unpack, final assembly of the front wheel, handlebars and pedals and off you go.
Always happy to do it again.

Non planned order

it surprised my friends that I ordered a bike at IBKSPORT, long away from Poland. I trusted in postive opinions which were confirmed when a safetly packed bike was delivered on time. Even a high delivery cost was acceptable due to reduced price.

Ordered a pair of On Cloud 5 waterproof…

Ordered a pair of On Cloud 5 waterproof but the order was cancelled days later because THEY run out of stock. I admit the price was attractive (about 50€ cheaper than others), but it was their offer and stock mismanagement.
I can live with that but for sure I will not place any order again neither I will recommend to anybody.
Happens everywhere and every company stipulates its own trading ethic. If I commit a mistake or get caught because one of my suppliers let me down, I pay for it or try to find a mutual solution.
Of course, to cancel the order is easy and efficient in the short term as well.

Great service great price

Best price for the bicycle we wanted and easy service. Felt like it wasn’t a conglomerate business we were dealing with which is strangely reassuring these days.

Just received my bike it’s just…

Just received my bike it’s just perfect. I’d like to thank eduardo and his team they were great to deal with answering all my questions. The bike arrived in 7 working days to Ireland . I’ll definitely be back to buy again. Thanks IBK.
