I needed to return the dress I ordered. There was no order or returns info included with the dress. I emailed
as per the website. The response was " we can offer you a $7 US refund & you do not need to return the dress". I spent $60 NZ. This is not a reputable company & website gives false formation.
Do not buy from this website.

The garments are of quality matrial

If I could rate it lower, I would. When the order was over a week late, I asked to cancel. I was assured the package was en route; however, tracking indicated otherwise. I was told I could refuse to sign for the package and it would return on its own. More false info as I wasn’t even home when the package was delivered. Now they don’t accept returns. A total nightmare of a company to deal with.

Would leave a zero star if I could.

Terrible customer service. The website information is false- items are not shipped from where they say. I emailed multiple times asking for a shipping ETA and was told they couldn’t tell me, asked for a refund and it was miraculously sent and unable to provide a refund but “could gift it to a friend if unsuitable” ended up canceling my card because I was worried about it being a scam. Says it’s delivered but it hasn’t been.

The Facebook page has nothing but glowing reviews but sadly these real reviews are hidden and I saw it too late.

I would have liked a confirmation email with a tracking number or notification of posting. After 2 weeks I contacted and found a tracking number on the website that didn't work. On contacting the company they were responsive and sent tracking details and it arrived the next day. All was well but I would have preferred to know it was on the way.

The sizes are true to their size chart. Beautiful dresses. The other dress needs a liner underneath-

Don't believe one word of there return policy. They'll try to buy you off for $8, instead of accepting a return. Another cheap scamming online business.

The website is a scam I would absolutely avoid at all costs. If I could put less than one star I would.
Dress took over a month to arrive, when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the dress advertised in the pictures. The material was thin and cheap and a very unflattering fit. When I requested a return they offered me a £7 refund for a £45 dress and then I said no they suggest a £13 refund. Absolutely disgusting.

If I could have scored them 0 I would have I bought a dress and tried to return it as it was way to small and was told to keep the dress (that does not fit) and offered $8 ! I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous as not being able to return something that does not fit ! They certainly do not make you aware of this when ordering with them ! They are sorry to cause me inconvenience, and anything they can do for me please feel free to contact them …. For what exactly, because you can’t return anything !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

THEY ARE REALLY AWFUL & VERY CHEAP FABRIC.
THEY SAY EASY RETURNS ON THE WEBSITE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED ME $8 - I SPENT OVER $100. I refused this and they have now said the max i can have is $18 or i can send to Dubai and cover the postage myself. If they receive them they say they will refund me .......
Please don't waste your money. SCAM SCAM SCAM ...

Bought 2 dresses for weddings, they are both a perfect fit and both different sizes, measurements were spot on. Beautiful colours and fabrics.

Horrible!!! Do not buy from this company. They say you have 30 days to return but they will not refund your money. I spent almost $100 on 2 dresses. They were both too small and the material was horrible. They offered me a $14 refund, then a $20 refund and then said the most they could give me was $30. They said they are out of Dubai and if I wanted my full refund, I would have to pay for the shipping.

The dresses are beautiful and fit well. I got them in a timely manner and would recommend!

If I could give them a 0 I would. When ordering it says 7-10 days shipping in the US. After you pay for your items there is a disclaimer stating due to COVID it may take longer. It’s been 21 days and my items still are not out for delivery. I put a review on there website and they took it down. Don’t order from here. Save your money.

I love my Dress! It fits great and has such a flowing beautiful look!

The 1st order was wrong, and I didn't get a response back from you. Your size guide did not match up to what I received. The dress was much smaller in measurements than what it says for the size guide. I emailed you but didn't get a response on my 1st order. I like the dress so much I needed to ordered this again for an event. I had to order a 5xl on my second order. Becareful the elestic sleeves run very tight on the arms. my arms are 17" I'm a true size 16 and the dress runs really small under the bust at the high waist where the belt ties. Trust me it runs small there and I'm only a C cup. The dress is very pretty but you can not do any returns. They make it such a difficult process you will just eat your money. But I received the 5Xl AND IT FITS GOOD STILL A LITTLE SNUG IN THE ELESTIC SLEEVES BUT OTHERWISE VERY PRETTY.

The items delivered are not at all what the picture looks like on the website. Don’t waste your money. You cannot get a refund. Really unfortunate because the dresses looked really nice online.
