I ordered two pairs of shorts in different sizes so that I could make a choice and send one back, which is what I did. Unfortunately I have never received a refund for the shorts sent back and I have emailed and rung them several times. Looks like I'm going to be kissing that money goodbye. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Nobody answering phones or emails....no refunds for returned goods, even though they were signed for.....will be contacting the relevant authorities re: iboardshorts.
This was about 1 year ago. So i let it go. But then my friend had the same experience some weeks ago.
I ordered 2 shorts in Medium size. These order were seperate as i live in Norway and didnt want to pay taxes on these packages. They shipped the shorts in size Small and in one package. So that cost me another 25% + handling fees at customs.
When i contacted them they claimed there was nothing they could do. I got 2USD back as shipping them together saved 2USD in shipping. If i were to send back to get the size i ordered. I would have to pay shipping twice more and handling at customs again.
This company DOES NOT value its customers. I would highly recommend buying from other sites who act proffesional against international customers.
I spoke to a really helpful lady who advised me on the sizing of the shorts, so i was able to do my online order before holiday at the weekend!
