Placed an online order (went through my bank). No confirmation email so I reached out 3 times over 4 weeks and NO response. Disputed with my bank and they can deal with this ridiculously poor customer service company.

I ordered a propellar, it arrived a couple days early, it was the right part, I started feeling like I had been scammed after reading the reviews for iboats, but it quickly passed and was turned into satisfaction,

Terrible customer service. They simply don't care if you are happy or not with the product, they sold you. Trying to return a poor, sloppy fitting boat cover was made to be nearly impossible with questions, photos required, etc. I ended up keeping a $300.00 boat cover to put over my firewood pile. Never again. Customer service is terrible. Products are overpriced.

Tried to order a boat cover on their web site in September 2021. My boat was listed, but when I selected it I was taken to a generic sizing pages, so i ordered by phone giving exact boat model to representative, along with credit card info. Card was charged immediately, but i never received any order acknowledgement until months later when I had to call and request it. Company did not show order on line, they said because item ordered by phone. When the item finally arrived in December, it was clearly the wrong size. When I contacted them they said I must pay return shipping plus a 20% restocking charge. I told representative that I did not agree with that because it was their error. They said they would investigate, and would authorize full refund if they could verify their error. I made several attempts to connect with their representative and was told she would return my phone call immediately, but she never did. I will never do business with this company again.
