Poor TV and customer service

Took several attempts to update my card details (customer service were no help and blamed me). When I did update the details, they charged my new card once then failed to charge it again. They cut off access. I didn't use it for a few months so didn't notice. When I went to use it again I contacted them to see what happened. I was told it was all my fault (despite them successfully billing my new card once) I would have to pay for the 6 months where they had cut off access in order to have service restored. Naturally I wasn't going to pay for a service they refused to provide.
Haven't bothered signing back up because the channels are frequently out of sync or just stop playing. As far as I understand I seem to still be accruing a bill for a service they aren't providing. Avoid.

Quality is OK for Irish channels,

Quality is OK for Irish channels,, British channels it drops, sound can be out of synch at times,,
Worst part is when you cancel they keep taking the monthly subscription and don't reply to any communications.
I would advise not to subscribe.

Overall this is a failure

Overall this is a failure. Nothing works properly. Time can’t be read as the LED fades. The instructions are illegible and useless. The mobile charge pad stopped working. A real bad purchase.

Beware iBox

I was only able to receive a few channels so I cancelled but they continue to bill me three months after cancellation. They will not answer phone calls, forums and facebook links are shutdown on their website.

Just over a month ago two channels went…

Just over a month ago two channels went down, Alabi and Gold,
I've emailed customer support a few times in the past month but as yet no response.
Not great customer service, but if there is a problem with payment then they get on to you straight away
