All that glitters isn’t gold…
Not easy to find….office is actually this young man’s apartment in fuengerola.I was shown into a small hall way we’re he explained it would take about twenty minutes to repair the phone.
He quoted a price of €100 to replace screen which included a gel safety cover.
As I was leaving to go for a coffee in the high street I mentioned that I would pay by card….he then said he would have to charge an extra 21% to cover IVA.
On checking the website it stated IVA included.
I collected the phone 30 minutes later and he appears to have done a great job it’s early days yet.
He had no credit card machine and I had to transfer money from my bank account to his.
I notice this morning that he has left a positive review on his website that he’s done on my behalf.
In conclusion it appears he’s done a good job on my phone….If I had a problem with the phone would I go back to him…not sure….probably not.
