I was very happy with the product itself as the color matched my leather chair perfectly. And customer service was very responsive to my inquiries regarding delay in delivery, etc. The only frustrating thing was they delivery kept getting delayed and didn't receive it until almost 3 weeks from order date. I understand weather could have been a factor.

Helps handle my English bulldog, pit mix.
It helps me control my dog when there’s no distractions. It’s hard for me to get to the lower handle when there is a person or dog, she wants to say hello to. She’s fairly short so I have to bend over a bit to use the handle . Still, it’s better than an ordinary leash.
