The owner Lusheng Liu overcharged me on a design for driveway entry (apron). He admitted that design does not cost more than $700 but charged me $1500 and tried to explain the need by non-existing traffic regulation. He also charged me $2000 for procuring a city permit for which I had to do all the legwork myself. All in all I am disputing $800 out of the $3500 fee, but getting no response from the man.
