This company is the worst. They don’t respond and never do any repairs on your broken item.

Ordered a spare battery as the batteries are rubbish and do not last long, after a month of ordering the battery still no show and company did not reply to my messages, advise to others who get no reply, get your Bank to reverse the Payment which i did, My Bank gave me my payment back the next day and contacted Buture to see what they had to say, i take it they did not respond and i got my money back, stay well clear of their products.

I purchased this as a second vacuum for the basement. I think I used it twice. Recently tried to use and it is totally Dead. Won’t take a charge - nothing. Of course I can’t find the sales slip🤬

Bought a car jump start kit from Amazon and stopped working after one year. I have sent emails after emails but haven't had a response. DO NOT BUY anything from this company it is a waste of time.

They offered free shipping so I ordered a 200 vacuum. Accidentally ordered a crevice tool. Got a tire compressor and car jumper in one unit. They write to say they dont ha e stock of the compressor and will send me the exact one but different brand name but still by the same company. I said ok. Then I get an email asking me to pay 200 for shipping since I'm in a northern community...I said no. Just cancel everything and refund. They refunded 198 of 403...the machine was more than 198. The compressor was 109 then the crevice tool at 25 plus taxes
I disputed with my cc company. They've stopped responding to emails. They won't provide tracking info for the compressor. Just said its kn an Amazon warehouse. If I wanted Amazon I would have went to Amazon.

Just terrible service and untrustworthy

This is an online scammer. The product lasted for 1 month and no replacement battery can be bought.

Don’t buy anything from this company bought a pump for car it broke very soon after emailing them no reply cannot get though to them for repair and it was not cheap

Bought this cordless vacuum with 3 years warranty. Failed in first year. No reply from company after several attempts to get a response. Low quality products from this company, they offer gifts for 5 star reviews giving artificially high ratings.

Very poor suction, useless on carpets, won't pick up anything apart from the lightest of things and when you switch it off anything that has been sucked up falls back out again.

You do have 3 levels of suction but I mostly need the top level easy to reach awkward areas cordless so light and easy to bring round has a light which shows the dust lol easy to empty and comes with spare filters

I bought the JR700 red from amazon November 2023, I activated the 3 year warranty, it’s developed a fault and when I contacted them they sent me a list of parts that I could buy from them. When I explained I had a warranty they stopped responding to my emails, awful company, definitely do not recommend.

Bought a cordless vacuum from Amazon ca and the roller bar ceased up just after 14 months.it has been almost 5 months since my first request for warranty. I contacted the site on the warranty card as well as the site for items from Amazon and also the official site with no reply. I have followed up multiple times with no response. Never buy from them, you will never get any warranty support

I have tried for over FIVE months to claim on my warranty for a product which DOES NOT WORK!!!!! NO REPLY!!!

I have to agree with everyone here. Except they did finally get back to me weeks later. My cordless vac worked once. I was at my vacation home so I’m not always there. The next time I used it, it was battery was dead and it wouldn’t charge and it wouldn’t work.. I couldn’t remember where I purchased it. I think I purchased it at Walmart, but because I have two accounts there something got confused and there was no record of it.. They said, sorry this is out of our realm of service.. so tough luck. Not even Any advice on how to fix it..
It it gets worse. I tried to call Walmart to see if they could find my Purchase and give me a refund. However, the number I found on Google for Walmart’s Customer Service was not Walmart and I got scammed out of $1500.. so count your blessings that you only lost the price of the vacuum.

i reported about my vacuum cleaner as it broke down but no response. pls abstain from doing business with this company.

Bought one of these in the last 6 months and now the battery will not charge and the charger has fallen apart. 6 emails and so far no response to any totally ignored me and the issues. My advice DON’T buy.

Ditto everyone's comments - DO NOT BUY! Product shoddy, only collected dust, anything bigger than a pea don't worry Buture will be guaranteed to not pick it up. If it does, it falls out after you switch the machine off. I contacted them re the faulty floor roller stopped working. And guess what? Despite the 3 year warranty no response. Twice. Bought a DYSON instead. Why didn't I do that in the first place?? It works. Customer service exists. You get what you pay. Save your money.....don't buy Buture.

I agree with Patricia's review of BuTure 100%.

I sent the following email out last week to two different BuTure email addresses.  I did not hear back from one and the other just sent me an ad to buy a new vacuum.  I found a third email address when I clicked on support and it stated my order was completed by MaxOne Shop and so I sent an email to them and nothing.

I purchased a Buture JR300 from Amazon on
May 18, 2023 and have an exra year of warranty as I completed a positive online survey for Buture. Today I tried the vacuum and it will not run.  I cleaned the filter just to be sure it wasn't an airflow issue ( I clean it regularly and it was hardly dirty), but it will not run.  The 3 battery lights come on, but the motor will not start.  Is there a reset button or something?  If not I'd like to get a replacment as we are pleased with the vacuum otherwise.

They're all over you when "they" want something from you, like a positive review. But when it comes to honoring their warranty, forget it.

I bought a Buture VC80 in August 2024. The brush started to come loose after 2 weeks, and it has now stopped working. I have not received any response from the company despite my 'guarantee'.
Do not buy this product.

Post sale assistance is rubbish. I've contacted them via different methods and not had a reply from any of them
