Receiving good customer service is very refreshing!
Called in before I ordered with a couple of questions. Rep who assisted me was very knowledgable on all the specs for the sharp led I was interested in and was able to assist me with ease! Later that day I placed my order online and now I am going to be watching the Super Bowl on my brand new 80" led. Very happy customer!

Making international consumers sad.
Because of the delay the company to reply to the order, I was anxious for nothing., because ecommerce platform is faulty. Shows various countries at the time of registration and at the checkout, as if the purchase could be done internationally, but can not. It also does not allow you to use an international credit card, even if you have a U.S. address. I lost a lot of time.
