Ordered an A9 frame with Aero 50 II wheels, finalized the order details via WhatsApp with Debby, which went super smooth.
Both frame and wheels are great quality.

Professional, quality, performance, customer service, responsiveness, value for money. Bought triaero gravel bike. Very light, clean carbon finish, customized experience, fast in the road even in 42mm tires.

Debby’s work along the purchase was perfect. Very communicative vía WhatsApp answering all my doubts inmediately and without hesitation. The wheelset was shipped in time even earlier than I had expected. I got a 40 aero wheelset and after my first ride I cant be happier with them.

I just ordered the ICAN G25Sl and I'm really looking forward to receiving the product.
This is my second set of wheels from ICAN; the G24s have easily covered over 8000 km without any problems.

I had a very good experience while buying and shipping of the product, the service team is very nice and kept contact through the whole process via Whatsapp.

The wheels are amazing as well. I bought them because of the recommendation of a friend and I am very pleased so far. After riding around 200km on them I can say that they are very fast, very stable in the wind and the comfort is good. The hubs perform also very good, no problem what so ever and they spin and spin and spin.

I could get a very personalized color with my graro that looks terrific, staff was reactive, kind and very helpful during all the process, always available after I got the frame for technical advices. Finitions of the frame are high level, indeed it'e possible to have a very good frame kit for a reasonable price and set up one's dream bike

I tested the wheels bought in the race, they are smooth and solid even when the road is bumpy.

Fantastic price point for super wheels. I have bought 3 sets of Aero 40 plus wheels over the past 6 months and they are as good as wheels that I paid 3-4x more for. Their customer service has been excellent from purchase, to shipping, to follow up when I wanted an XDR driver.

I bought my first set of Ican carbon wheels a few months ago. They have worked out really well, so well that I just bought a set for my other bike! Their customer service has been top notch, and I would recommend their wheels and the company to anyone who is looking to upgrade their bike to lighter and more aero wheels, while paying only a fraction of the price of wheels from other manufacturers!

I ordered the Graro gravel Frame Set and the Blade g handle bar. Because I wanted a custom Color for the Frame I contacted the Customer service. Within a couple hours Debby from ICAN cycling emailed me back and send me some sample Pictures of the colors I wanted. The Communication was allways very Kind and responsive and I fellt well informed about every step. The Package arrived earlier than expected and was extremly well packed. The paintjob is outstanding and the Color is exactly like I wanted. Overall a Great experience I can highly recommend.
