This outfit is both dyslexic and innumerate. Ordered 6 packs of 10 8x6LANDSCAPE folders, thats 60 in all. Pack arrived with just 6 landscape folders in. Chased them up and today received the missing folders...50 UPRIGHT 8x6 folders. If you are a pro photographer, don't risk your reputation and customer base using them.

Customer service replied to my initial email very quickly and were extremely helpful and informative. Made to measure frame arrived in just a few days and was mm perfect to my specifications. I received delivery emails and texts on the day and my frame arrived exactly on time. Perfectly packaged with a hanging kit supplied complete with instructions. I ordered one frame as I have never used this company before but I'm so impressed with the competitive price,quality of the frame and the service received that I shall now go ahead and order more. I received 5 quotes for made to measure frames and icanframe provided the best one. I consider myself fair but not easily impressed, I have given 5 stars because that is what my experience with this company amounted to.
I should have looked for customer reviews before ordering. There aren't any until now.
Cowboys. Bought a custom mount. What they sent was 2cm shorter than ordered. Also no registration email or even an order confirmation or postal tracking info email. External mount sizes are not recorded in your order details - only aperture size. Guess that's how they get away with such a sloppy service. Customers can't prove they gave the correct measurements. Contact form is faulty as well. Had to shop elsewhere for a replacement so out of pocket.
