I've been trading online since 2012. I am also sports betting enthusiast. Usually, the most important factor determining positive or negative experience is whether your endeavour is profitable or not. All the rest, such as user interface determines pur user exoerience hands on. Easiness of deposots and withdrawals should be trivial. So must be global pricong of assets and the risk management factors. I am not going to touch those subjects cause no one has to be given prize just for being an ok operator of a platform. 2 percent commissions are ok toom I am intersted to touch a subject of safety of funds. And that depends on us, the traders. I am talking about the security code we were given at the very beginning. I received lately few phone calls from all kinds of gents and ladies trying to phish that code from me. Be careful. There is an organized effort to lure us to disclose our security code and as we were told at the very beginning- we are not to surrender that code to no one but the caller presenting himself or herself as a company rep should present us with that code. Including an account manager who I am talking to on daily basis - always starts the conversarion with my code

I'm actually adding this review to help other community members and save them the trouble I have gone thru when trying to withdraw my funds to my bank account: after couple months of automated trading, I reached my first milestone and decided to withdraw half the profits accumulated. I didn't really need the money nor was it a smart move considering the market condition. But, I wanted to make sure I could easily withdraw my profits. I had to feel my initial profits before committing myself further. And guess what - I couldn't withdraw a penny. My withdrawal requests were declined. It took few declines to realize that I had to upload valid ID and proof of address before submitting a request for withdrawal for the first time. Meantime, I was in panic and bombarding the company with emails. That was during the weekend. But, once my account manager got back to me on Monday explaining that verifying my account by uploading my documents was in order to protect me and my funds from an identity theft. The matter was resolved and I received my funds faster than I imagined I will. So, please make sure you upload your valid ID and a utility bill proving your address before submitting your first withdrawal request. BOL
