Most fraudulent company Ive ever dealt with. Please stay away from them. Paid via Paypal and it took 5 days to clear so they made me order via credit card. After 5 more days they then claimed they were out of stock. This was a machine down situation. When we called them out, they charged us over 100 euro in administration fee for being impolite. We lost over 6 figures in downtime. STAY AWAY. THE WORST COMPANY

The item type was not what was requested and offered. Electrically it was the same, but mechanically there was a difference with the third (support) pin missing in a snap-in electrolytic capacitor. The manufacturer was another company. I had expected more accurate relation from the supplier. Still we can use them but have to use glue for mechanical support.

The Siemens products sent over do not have packaging boxes, and the customer believes they are second-hand goods. They have not yet been delivered

Item sent with the wrong tag. I sent an email still waiting for an answer. Was the unit tagged wrong, or did they ship the wrong thing?

We had clear and fast communication .

We ordered a motor that was listed as brand new, that upon arrival was clearly used, with many classic signs of wear and damage. ICDC refused to acknowledge this or provide comment, despite numerous emails. In addition, the delivery was delayed due to the packaging of the motor being inadequate

Excellent and fast delivery to resolve my machine down issue. Great dealing with them but you need to know the exact part code you are looking for. Could be better if have technical support to advise if unsure of part code
